Tivemos problemas com o quarto: janela não fecha tendo acesso aos demais quartos. Chuveiro somente o cano. Quarto ofertado era com ar condicionado. Pedimos para trocar de quarto o mesmo foi solicitado imediatamente. Como ja foi relatado o hotel realmente precisa de uma boa manutenção. A localização na minha opinião é ótima. Quanto aos funcionários não podemos reclamar os mesmos muito atenciosos e educados. As fotos mostradas no site do hotel são lindas, porém não é a realidade quando se chega no estabelecimento.

Não caia em furada.......

O Hotel não está mais em condições de atender aos hóspedes. Tudo muito precário, necessitando de uma reforma urgente. No primeiro dia, no café da manhã,não tinha nem manteiga. As portas dos quartos estão com problema. Tirando um rapaz que fica na recepção, os outros funcionários são despreparados para atender o hóspede. Quando ele não está, os funcionários que ficam colocam música em volume muito alto para uma recepção. Wi-fi grátis???? Nem pensar.... não pega ....

INVADIRAM NOSSO QUARTO E ROUBARAM NOSSOS PERTENCES

Alerta a todos! Eu e minha esposa fomos assaltados nesse hotel! Nos colocaram num andar sem câmera e saímos a noite para passear quando voltamos na madrugada nosso quarto foi invadido, arrombaram nossa mala, roubaram dinheiro, 2 óculos de sol e uma bolsa com bijuterias. O hotel não quis nos ressarcir, apenas com uma pequena parte do montante, chamamos a polícia (Carabineros) não fizeram nem a denúncia, tive que ir noutro dia fazer uma queixa formal e o hotel foi totalmente omisso. Não se hospedem jamais nessa espelunca. Dica que eu digo.

Un potencial desaprovechado

Tiene todas las condiciones para ser buen hotel y no lo es. La ubicación es excelente pero el servicio no está acorde a las expectativas creadas. No pasan llamadas a la habitación, WiFi malo, tv diminuto y sin controles. Me tocó una habitación con focos quemados y no los cambiaron ante el pedido. El desayuno es simple pero podría ser mejor. No es recomendable.
