Pessoal que trabalha muito atenciosos, sempre a disposição para auxiliar o hospede. Hotel antigo mas muito confortável, quarto bem amplo. Sempre com um bom cafezinho 24 horas a disposição na recepção para o hospede apreciar enquanto espera o transporte. Localização ideal para fazer a visitação nas partes centrais de Santiago. The staff goes out their way to help with any of your needs. Excelent price for what you get. Only 15 minutes from the Santiago international airport. In the center of downtown Santiago. Walking distance to lots of restaurants, shops and historical places.

This is a good hotel to be based on if you have a longer stay in Santiago city. Almost everything you want to see in the downtown area is walkable. The hotel property is not in the best of shape, but it’s not bad either. The hotel staff are kind and helpful - but with limited English skills, so if you have Spanish, you will be even better off.

Problema na limpeza do quarto

Ficamos uma semana e não houve troca em nenhum dia das roupas de cama. Tiramos uma fronha, manchada de baton, jogamos junto com as toalhas molhadas, e ela voltou ao travesseiro. As toalhas estavam manchadas. Um horror.

O Hotel fica na região central de Santiago, mas apesar disso é bem silencioso. O café da manhã é bom e começa a ser servido às 7h00. Os quartos são espaçosos, mas possuem poucas tomadas para carregar equipamentos eletrônicos.
