We had a wonderful stay. In Expedia there are two types of twin rooms, Superior and Executive, with Executive twin room is larger. We booked Executive twin room for three nights and check-in staff made mistake giving us the smaller room. They graciously rectified the mistake. We were happy with the result. Check out was quick and smooth. The location is quiet yet very convenient to shopping and dinning. I would highly recommend the hotel.

Hotel excelente, personal súper amable, habitación amplia, a escasos 300 metros del Sky Costanera. Cosas a mejorar son: las toallas que están desgastadas, un poco de mantenimiento se caería súper bien, manteniendo su esencia ya que hay que entender que es un hotel antiguo, cosa que en lo particular me gustó.

Everything was outstanding. The staff was amazing in everyway possible. The hotel is conveniently located near public transportation and a huge shopping center. I had my best meat at the Teclado's restaurant. The salmon was cooked to perfection. I wish I had more time to try another dish. I really enjoyed my 3 days at this hotel.

Ficamos hospedados no Teclados Hotel entre os dias 15 e 23 de outubro/2025 e infelizmente tivemos uma experiência muito negativa. Logo na chegada, percebemos que o quarto não correspondia às fotos do site. Havia toalhas encardidas, carpete sujo e até restos de comida na lateral da cama, o que demonstra total falta de cuidado com a limpeza e a higiene. Relatamos o problema à recepção e, após reclamação, nos trocaram de quarto, mas a situação pouco melhorou. A sujeira persistia e o ambiente continuava com aspecto mal conservado. O café da manhã também foi frustrante, com poucas opções, produtos de baixa qualidade e apresentação descuidada. Os funcionários foram educados, mas não apresentaram nenhuma solução efetiva para os problemas relatados. Considerando o valor cobrado pela diária, que não foi nada barato, esperávamos muito mais qualidade e conforto. A única vantagem real é a localização, próxima ao ponto de ônibus, metrô e ao shopping Sky Costanera, o que facilitou o deslocamento. No entanto, isso não compensa a péssima experiência que tivemos. Em resumo, o Teclados Hotel não entrega o que promete, não condiz com as fotos divulgadas e não vale o preço cobrado. Não voltaria e não recomendo a ninguém que preze por limpeza, conforto e bom custo-benefício.

Estuvo bien, solo que es muy chica la habitación.

Todo bien, cenamos en el restaurant y estuvo bien. Nos llevamos el desayuno que me parecio muy basico, ni lo comimos. la proxima hago reserva sin desayuno. otra cosa hice dos reservas y una de las dos no me acumulo sellos, no se por que. falta eso.

Vendem uma coisa e entregam outra.

Hotel muito bem localizado, a 200m do Costanera, perto de Pizzaria, perto do Mercado Diaz e cerro San Cristovan. O Hotel é bom, atendentes bons, porem as fotos do quarto que pagamos nao foi o mesmo que fomos alocados, o ar split era um ar velho de janela, o que era pra ser um quarto de 50 metros nao tinha 30! Reclamei e o atendente disse que nao podia fazer nada.

Gostei bastante do hotel. Só não considerei nota máxima em tudo porque o café da manhã estava um pouco desorganizado. Faltava talher e as atendentes pareciam perdidas, talvez pq o hotel estava cheio. Eles arrumavam kits para nos fornecer quando saíamos para passeios antes do horário da abertura do café, mas o kit era bem ruim, vinha um pão e uma fruta tudo embalado junto, um amassando o outro. Mas o hotel é lindo e a limpeza foi impecável.

Hotel bastante confortável, bom café da manhã, excelente localização, bom atendimento. Tivemos uma excelente estadia. Nos dias que não conseguimos tomar café da manhã, quando saímos cedo para os passeios, eram preparados um lanche com sanduíche, suco e frutas. Enfim, ótimo custo benefício.

Hotel bem localizado, atendimento muito bom, funcionários educados. Me colocaram no quarto ao lado da sala de café, então não conseguimos dormir, pois antes das 6h comecava o barulho. E o banheiro, (especialmente o box) mal conseguia me mexer, de tão pequeno.

Bom custo-benefício e excelente localização

Atendimento da recepção e da limpeza impecável. Funcionários muito solícitos e simpáticos. Pessoal da cozinha/café da manhã meio antipático. Se limita a um bom dia e olhe lá. A localização do hotel é perfeita: no quintal do Sky Costanera. As instalações do hotel são antigas, mas com bom custo-benefício. Cafe da manhã com pouca variedade de itens, mas sempre repunham quando acabava. A estadia só não foi perfeita porque solicitei cama de casal e foi oferecido um quarto com 2 camas de viúvo. E não resolveram o problema durante a estadia.

O hotel é antigo, porém muito funcional e está se modernizando com a troca de mobília e carpete! Ambiente acolhedor, wifi funcionando, ao lado do costaneira, e o staff ajuda muito! E o café da manhã muito bom! Recomendo

Excelente localização, próximo ao costanera e vários comércios. Hotel aconchegante, e funcionários atenciosos. O café da manhã é simples mas gostoso, tem sempre os principais itens e algumas variedades típicas. Tem um restaurante no hotel que funciona até as 23h e ajuda muito após um dia cansativo de passeios. Achei apenas a água no frigobar cara já que é algo que bebemos muito, mas é possível comprar nos mercados e deixar no quarto sem problemas. Além disso achei as toalhas limpas mas bem gastas já, creio que poderiam melhorar nessa questão. De modo geral recomendo, ótimo custo beneficio.

Estadia perfeita! Desde o staff, super solícito, simpatico e que se esforça pra falar nossa lingua, e falam muito bem, ate as instalacoes, que sao muito boas , limpas e confortaveis . Alem de ser proximo a alguns pontos turisticos. Super voltaria a me hospedar la. Alem de tudo, ainda fazem um lanchinho pra levarmos nos passeios quando este e cedo demais, antes do cafe da manha.
