Overall we enjoyed our stay. Although check-in didn't go as smoothly as hoped, as the room (Executive Double room, 1 King Bed and separate living room) we had booked was occupied and not available. Instead, we were put into a one room with queen bed with loveseat, and received a couple of complimentary cocktails for the inconvenience. The next day they did move us to the room we booked as pictured, but still disappointing we had to go through this for a 2 night stay. Our booked room was gorgeous, and very comfortable to just enjoy and relax in. Breakfast was lovely, and all staff were kind and helpful. A lovely and unique place.

We had a wonderful stay. In Expedia there are two types of twin rooms, Superior and Executive, with Executive twin room is larger. We booked Executive twin room for three nights and check-in staff made mistake giving us the smaller room. They graciously rectified the mistake. We were happy with the result. Check out was quick and smooth. The location is quiet yet very convenient to shopping and dinning. I would highly recommend the hotel.

A localização é excelente. Perto do Costanera e do supermervado Diez. A única consideração são as escadas e a falta de acessibilidade, que para m8m não atrapalhou, mas para pessoas mais idosas pode ser um problema.

Hotel muito bom! Serviço excelente, muito limpo, muito bem localizado. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos. O restaurante do hotel é muito bom também, ficamos 6 dias hospedados ali e 3 dias jantamos no hotel, de tanto que gostamos da comida!

Recomendo a hospedagem

O hotel é simples, mas não tenho nada para reclamar. Achei bem organizado e os funcionários muito educados. Tem frigobar, smart tv com streaming, banho quente, dá para ir a pé ao Sky Costanera e ao teleférico do Cerro San Cristóban. No quarto que fiquei, tinha um mesa e uma cadeira que deu para usar o notebook tranquilamente. O café da manhã, apesar de não ser um banquete, super me atendeu (tinha ovo mexido, pão, frutas, sucos, café, etc). Não precisei pagar o IVA no local, porque já havia pago com cartão de crédito brasileiro no hotels.com.
