A good hotel that scream for redecorarion

It is and old hotel that works well. Decoration will transport you to the '80 . Warm indoor pool amazing. Unfortunatelly water jets didn't work that day. Breakfast 8 over 10 as well as restaurant (plenty of beer in menu, only 2 of them available) Location is great and onsite parking is a plus

.Estacionamiento BIEN, Recepción amable y expedita. Habitación NORMAL para la categoría.El baño necesita refacciones, tiene Tina, poco se ven ya y la tapa del WC antigua y pesada se me soltó al bajarla y fué un estruendo. No Había toallas de baño, tuve que pedirlas dos veces para que trajeran. El comedor BIEN en la atención, carta y calidad de la comida, Hoy a la hora del Desayuno tosté una rebanada de pan integral para comerla con huevos revueltos, no quedaban, le solicité a una persona finalmente tuve que esperar 10 minutos para que los trajeran. Subí a trabajar unos temas en mi computador quise anotar algo no había ni papel ni lápiz. Yo en unos de los aspectos en que me fijo para tomar una reserva es en el puntaje que Uds le asignan al Hotel, he ido más de una vez al Radisson Blu Plaza El Bosque al que Uds le asignan el mismo puntaje 8.8. Creo que al Radisson le falta puntaje o al Kennedy le sobra. Deben preocuparse más.

All of the staff we dealt with were incredibly friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable. Breakfast each morning was terrific - much to choose from and the variety of fresh fruit provided was great. We loved staying at this Hotel - it was a perfect base for us while attending a sporting event in Santiago

I enjoyed my stay at the Wyndham garden Santiago Kennedy- the rooms are comfortable, the property is good and the staff pleasant. The area around the hotel is mostly residential and quiet. There is a wonderful Mall close by with shopping and many dining options. The hop on hop off bus also starts from there and is convenient for sightseeing.

O quarto é confortável e a limpeza excelente. O café da manhã é bom. O atendimento, contudo é só razoável. Ninguém ajuda muito a navegar a cidade ou como ir. Sem informações ou panfletos para turistas. Tb não tem restaurante nem um sanduíche. É num lugar agradável, mas tem que usar Uber para ir a qualquer lugar. Estação de metrô fica a 3 km de distância
