En general, mi estadía fue muy buena. El personal fue amable, las habitaciones estaban limpias y cómodas, y la ubicación es excelente para moverse por la ciudad. Todo funcionó correctamente y el servicio fue eficiente. Lo único que no me gustó fue el olor en el lobby: tenía un aroma extraño, como una mezcla entre baño y ambientador fuerte. No arruinó la experiencia, pero definitivamente fue un punto a mejorar.

Só coloquei menos estrelas por causa do café da manhã. Não sei se é por causa da região. O café da manhã deles é péssimo. Todos os dias só comi pão com queijo. Sem variedade e demoram muito para repor as coisas. Fiquei hospedada 6 dias e só um dia que vi Croassant lá. Muito fraco e ruim. Porém a região e a centralidade do hotel são maravilhosas. Perto de tudo e bairro tranquilo. Os quartos são pequenos para uma família, mas poucos dias como passávamos o dia fora da pra ficar tranquilo. Banheiro bom é atendimento bom.

Boa localização e melhor café da manhã Ibis

Boa localização. Padrão Ibis de hotel, mas pecou na limpeza do quarto, pois encontramos pertences dos hóspedes anteriores (brinquedo de criança), o que indica que a limpeza/arrumação do quarto deixou a desejar. E também um pouco de poeira. O café da manhã, no entanto, era maravilhoso! Melhor café da manhã que já tomei em um hotel Ibis!

Excelente localização, próximo da estação do metrô, de bares e restaurantes. A limmpeza é muito boa. senti falta do frigobar no quarto e das torres de venda que sempre encontramos em um Ibis no Brasil. O café da manhã bem variado com comidas típicas chilenas.
