We enjoyed our stay here. It’s very close to the old town so you can walk everywhere, and parking is close if needed. We had a really nice meal at the hotel restaurant, and there are plenty of other restaurants within walking distance too. It’s the perfect location!

The room was spotless , the staff were helpful in finding activities in the area, they helped us with bus connections and subways. We needed to apply for our E-Visa for Brazil and were able to help us with the application. The swimming pool was a nice relax after a busy day. Breakfast in the morning was great, with alot of variety. The location is in the middle of downtown where most tourist attractions are, yet close to the subways and buses to explore further out.

The hotel is sharing a building with other services, and the common area need refurbishing. The mattress is bad and bent, needs replacement. Same for pillows that are not soft, basically below the standard of 4 stars hotel. There was a kind of fan outside that was too loud during the night. The room is bad sound insulated. The customer service was very good and friendly.

Na chegada o rapaz do check-in, extremamente educado e atencioso, um querido. O café da manhã é ótimo, várias opções de pães, frutas frescas, doces, sucos, lugar agradável para se tomar café e o pessoal também muito educados. A limpeza do quarto impecável, logo ao chegar já deu pra perceber que eles são muito caprichosos e cuidadosos com os detalhes da limpeza, até o corredor tem um cheiro agradável. Cama confortável, chuveiro bem quente, nós adoramos. Localidade boa, queríamos no Centro e ficamos muito satisfeitos com o Hotel e a localização de onde ele é. Não fomos ainda na piscina, mas também possui. Parabéns a equipe, tudo ótimo! Se voltarmos novamente algum dia pra Santiago, ficaremos nele sem dúvidas!

Un Hotel antiguo, falta remodelación, personal no agradable sin cortesía, desayuno para salir del paso, postres sin sabor cremas ácidas, y el personal del desayuno poco trato descortés, falta de protocolo y discreción, atención invasiva, falta de hospitalidad, a las 8pm desde la habitación solicitamos al 333 que necesitábamos 3 cucharas “ la respuesta fue suba al 10 piso, nosotros no subimos nada” servicio apresurado pésima organización. Para mejor entendimiento: Durante el desayuno se percibió una atención poco cordial y apresurada, con conversaciones operativas del personal frente a los huéspedes e interrupciones constantes, lo que afectó la experiencia y el ambiente de hospitalidad. Además, al informar problemas en la calidad de algunos postres, la respuesta del personal no fue adecuada.”, el dormitorio faltaba aseo, polvo, toallas antiguas, baños trizados, 0 protocolo de prevención de riesgo para sus huéspedes. Escuchamos todo de afuera ventanales no cierran hermetico, lo único bueno es la piscina temperada, y el check out el joven que me atendió para recibir las tarjetas, creo que andaba de mal humor “ diciéndome no se puede ir sin pagar los bebestibles y yo le dije estoy delante suyo usted cree que me voy arrancar” Pésima atención al cliente. Falta capacitación y control en recurso humano de su personal
