The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and the king-size bed was comfortable. However, the bathroom was small. Overall, the hotel is fine for the price, and I would stay there again if I were visiting this area again.

It’s a great hotel for the price and the staff are very friendly. The only downside is, there isn’t much within walking distance. However, Uber rides to the city center are cheap and don’t take long, so the money you save more than makes up for that.

It was my fourth time staying at Casa Jum. When driving from New York with the night flight, we land at 2 AM, and spending the night in Santiago is most convenient. The hostel staff will communicate with you in advance about your arrival time, so the night guard was aware. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, there is hot water and AC in all rooms. TV as well, and wifi. I wish they had breakfast options, like egg and fruit salad. I always have to go to the supermarket first to get something to eat in the morning.

I don’t know how this hotel achieved its high rating. I stayed one night. AC never cooled the room. Refrigerator didn’t work. There’s no restaurants within walking distance. Leondo is nice.
