I highly recommend this hotel. The breakfast that’s included is out of this world. It changes daily and the variety of foods is amazing! It’s clean, in a safe area, and around the corner from good places to eat. I recommend the Peruvian restaurant above Holitel.

Stay away from this place. The staff is undertrained and unfriendly. Not sure what is their target, but this is NOT a boutique and friendly hotel. I had to book here because of the location ( which is very good ) . Booked three nights, left at the second, and will ask Expedia for a refund the third.

Excelente hotel

Excelente hotel, funcionários super atenciosos e prestativos. O café da manhã é maravilhoso. Fica a 20 minutos de caminhada da estação do metrô e do Shopping Costanera.

Foi otimo, cafe da manha bom , so tem 45 minutos de cafe da manha. O diferencial que eles dao o cafe da manhã se vc for pra um passeio caso vc sai muito cedo.

Ótimo custo benefício

Hotel localizado num bairro calmo, mas sem muitas opções do que fazer ao redor, a pé. O mercado mais próximo é sofrível. Tem estacionamento gratuito (mas avise se for precisar), o que é excelente para quem está de carro. O quarto é muito bom, muito confortável, tamanho ótimo, quentinho no inverno. Ficamos numa suíte com banheira de hidromassagem localizada numa área super silenciosa do hotel. Faltou só lugar para pendurar toalhas de banho para secar. O café da manhã foi apenas satisfatório. A comida não é muito saborosa, mas isso parece ser uma característica da culinária do Chile. Tem bastante variedade, dá para sair bem alimentado para caminhar pela cidade por horas. Recomendo o iogurte natural com frutas vermelhas, excelente. O horário do café da manhã é fixo, cada dia você escolhe que horas vai tomar café, e tem que descer nesse horário.

Adorei a receptividade do pessoal, em especial do Antônio, sempre muito gentil e atencioso! Café da manhã muito bom, tinha de tudo um pouquinho, frutas, pães, bolos etc… quartos sempre limpos. É muito chegar no hotel depois de um dia cheio de passeios e encontrar o quarto limpinho e cheiroso. Ponto negativo:o lugar de tomar banho é fechado com cortina, o que achei bem ruim pois molhava muito o banheiro , a cortina não veda totalmente a saída de água então pra mim teria q ter um Box de vidro.

Estadia frustrante.

Um pouco frustrante. O quarto onde ficamos tinha uma cortina como divisória do box do chuveiro com o restante do banheiro. Muito incômodo. A colaboradora Ana muito prestativa, mas outros não faziam questão nenhuma de ajudar. O café da manhã muito bom, mas o horário de atendimento é totalmente inapropriado, pois o primeiro é somente às 7:30. Avisamos da possibilidade de tomar café da manhã uns 10 minutos antes e fomos atendidos muito grosseiramente. Nos dias que saímos mais cedo foi entregue um lanche paliativo ao café da manhã. Sem contar que não aceitaram o pagamento em cartão de débito, mesmo sendo em dólar

Não recomendo.

Péssima. Ao chegarmos de madrugada no hotel, no total, levamos quase 2 horas pra subir para o apartamento. Tivemos que ficar tocando uma campainha, já que é o recepcionista quem abre a porta. Não sei se o recepcionista Wiliam estava dormindo mas me atendeu com a maior má vontade do mundo! Não conseguimos entrar em consenso referente à forma de pagamento e ele conseguiu dificultar de todas as formas. Por fim, quando estávamos prestes a buscar outro hotel, ele sugeriu que pagássemos uma noite no cartão de crédito para então, no dia seguinte, resolvermos “nossa vida”. Não recomendo! Atendimento péssimo!

Atendimento mediano e tempo limitado de café

Estava em viagem com família (6 adultos e 01 bebê). Dos adultos, tinha 4 idosos, sendo um deles com problemas de locomoção e necessidade de acessibilidade. Fiz a reserva com bastante antecedência e tenho comprovações de que detalhei no pedido que precisava de um berço e que o quarto de um dos idosos precisava de acessibilidade. Ao chegar na acomodação, me disseram que não tinha chegado pra eles as solicitações, e que não havia berço disponível (iam tentar para o dia seguinte). Perguntei onde minha filha deveria dormir e a resposta foi um simples "na sua cama". Após reclamar e discutir (bastante), o atendente disse que o gerente ia montar um berço para minha filha. Em seguida, me foi solicitado o horário que eu gostaria de tomar café, tendo opções de 7h30, 8h30 ou 9h30. Selecionei o horário de 9h30. Na manhã seguinte, já no café, vi em um papel (não foi falado antes) que os horários de 7h30 e 8h30 podem tomar café em até 45 minutos, e o horário de 9h30 em até 30 minutos. Me vi em situação de ter minha mesa solicitada, apressando minha mãe para tomar café pois meu tempo havia acabado. Entendo que o espaço de café é pequeno. No entanto, essas informações de tempo de café precisam estar claras na página de reserva (e não estava). Para idosos com necessidades especiais isso é imprescindível.
