A lovely small hotel in a trendy part of Santiago. A block from the Alameda and the Metro, excellent restaurants nearby. The staff was incredibly friendly and accomodating. The morning breakfast was wonderful.

Staff were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was also excellent.It was described as Continental, but was way more than that including made to order eggs. Hotel is close to Metro and supermarket. Lasting impression will be the staff, just the nicest people.

Beautiful historic building, beautifully maintained. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. I really enjoyed the common spaces and thoughtful touches like free coffee, tea and cake and a cold bottle of water on arrival. The hotel is located in a great neighborhood, walking distance to many highlights in San Santiago and only minutes from the subway.

It’s a beautiful old house so the floors are creaky but the room with 2 beds is very spacious with a desk, wardrobe, and very high ceilings. An enjoyable experience all around with attentive staff.

The hotel is in the old part of the city and a good walk to nearest restaurants and bars and other ammenities. The staff were very friendly and attentive, the room was basic but fine - could do with tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast was typical continental. For us, far better than a glass, steel and concrete corporate hotel.

The hotel is quaint and beautiful with breakfast included. We felt very safe as it is located just a block off the main Avenue in Santiago. We could walk to all the sites. It is absolutely amazing. This hotel and staff treat you like family. They will bend over backwards to provide excellent service. They go beyond the extra mile to assist you. The staff is very friendly, kind and helpful. Security is top priority. The hotel is located close to central Santiago , so you can walk. However, the location is a quiet and safe street. Great location. We were SO pleased and happy with this hotel. Breakfast was included and very tasty.

Absolutely lovely place! Nice rooms, classic style, charming place, everything was very clean. I had terrible food poisoning a few days before and was so happy that the team asked me what I wanted for breakfast and accommodated all the requests for my recovering stomach. And I had my first solid homemade food in 3 days. It helped a lot! Highly recommend!

Great staff, quiet, clean and really close to the metro if you want to sightsee. It is two metro lines from the plaza de Armand and one redline up to the center city and the Costanera tower. They have recommended various places to eat. It is about a $25 dollars taxi ride from the airport but real easy to get to. I am staying here again in two weeks on my way back to the states.

Good location close to centre and airport bus stop. Traditional property recently refurbished. Basic rooms, no air con, fridge or TV but good breakfast included. Friendly english speaking staff. You need to ring the door bell to get access!
