O hotel estĆ” localizado em uma regiĆ£o muito prĆ³xima para tudo em Santiago, principalmente para o turismo. O prĆ©dio Ć© uma residĆŖncia antiga, portanto nĆ£o hĆ” nenhum luxo, porĆ©m pelo preƧo e localizaĆ§Ć£o vale a pena. A Senhor que trabalha lĆ” Ć© muito solicita e educada, todos os meus anseios foram acolhidos com sucesso.

El checkin fue un poco confuso, las informaciones cerca del pago eran distintas de las que habĆ­a recibido, pero todo pasĆ³ bien. La localizaciĆ³n es muy buena, hay lugares para comer, comprar, transporte pĆŗblico muy cerca de la hostal. El barrio es tranquilo y seguro. La habitaciĆ³n estaba limpia y muy bien iluminada y arejada. La acĆŗstica no es tan buena.. pude oĆ­r la pareja de la habitaciĆ³n prĆ³xima copulando y seguro que han oĆ­do mis ataques de tos a noche! Pero en general la habitaciĆ³n es confortable e la estadĆ­a vale la pena. El desayuno es simples, te lo sirven en la habitaciĆ³n a la hora que eliges. No hay servicio de aseo en menos de 7 dĆ­as. Evelyn del staff fue excelente!!

The location is great at half price of other properties in the area. This is an older house so don't expect great luxury, but the bed was comfortable and clean and the bathroom was clean and in working order too. It is quiet so you will get some rest.

Mientras mĆ”s preocupaciĆ³n tengan por los servicios en general, aseo, y mantenciĆ³n de la infraestructura, podrĆ”n generar nuevos clientes. Por el momento las dependencias se encuentran descuidadas.

Al llegar no respetaron el precio que salia a pagar en Hotels, de 130000 me seƱalaron en primera instancia que debĆ­a pagar 160000, y despuĆ©s que ellos se regĆ­an por el dĆ³lar a 800 porque era la tarifa del hostal, esa informaciĆ³n no la sabia y en realidad el dĆ³lar estaba mas barato que eso, se olvidaron de mi desayuno 1 dĆ­a, todos los dias me dieron pan con mermelada, nunca fue desayuno que se dice en la descripciĆ³n me lo prepararon tarde, yo lo necesitaba a las 8.00, por otro lado no hay servicio de aseo o limpieza de la pieza, tuve que hacer mi cama todos los dias a mi regreso tipo 18.00 hrs. tampoco me dijeron que no habĆ­a o que era por la situaciĆ³n sanitaria, no habĆ­an toallas tuve que pedir, habĆ­a un secador de pelo para todo el hostal, no habĆ­a calefacciĆ³n, el agua de la ducha estaba tibia y perillas oxidadas y bueno la habitaciĆ³n que me toco la tasa de baƱo estaba muy apegada a la pared, eso fue muy incomodo.

This was a hostel, Do not expect a hotel room. It was very clean, but no air conditioning. Really great service, everyone was extremely friendly. It is in a great part of town for shopping. and only $20.00 ride to the airport.

la ubicaciĆ³n es excelente, el lugar muy bien, nos atendieron perfecto, el Ćŗnico inconveniente fue que noche no pudimos baƱarnos una de las noches xq salia agua helada y tenĆ­an problemas ademas de no tener presiĆ³n. al retirarnos no pidieron disculpas
