The hotel was comfortable and well situated. The restaurant did a very reasonable 3 course supper that was a good price. It is a modern building and the hotel pool is disappointingly small.

Good stay in downtown Santiago

Good stay in Santiago. We enjoyed the full breakfast. Staff was friendly. Rooms need updated and small cosmetic fixes in bathroom.

A lovely hotel in the centre of Santiago de Chile. A very nice lobby area on the sixth floor with ancient artifacts. The bedroom was large and comfortable. Good breakfasts in the restaurant, which also serves excellent dinners.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful in any matters. Breakfast Buffett was ok. Rooms and bathrooms need to be renovated. They seemed to be clean except the carpet. Mattress for our opinion too soft. Pool area was nice. The water in the pool doesn’t seem to be clean, but maybe I am wrong . After all the location of the hotel is very central , close to Plaza de Armas.

The food at the hotel spectacular. The personnel good. The hotel is old and not well maintained. The old carpets gives the impression of not clean. The may not be clean. The hotel is very average for a 2 star hotel. The ubicación is good at it is in the center of the city. Even though the crowding in the area make uncomfortable the strolling.

Not a 4 star hotel air conditioning doesn’t work

Air conditioning was very poor, it was either not working for the 5 days we were there or set so high for money saving reasons it left our room permanently at 27 degrees and very hot and uncomfortable. Staff advised us the manager would contact us which never happened. Staff came to the room after 4 hours waiting and said it was fixed but it remained at 27 degrees the whole time. Air conditioning works well in the lobby and reception but not in the rooms. We didn’t get our hotels.com early check in or room upgrade despite others checking in after us getting an upgrade.

The hotel is pretty run down. Guest room furnitures need replacement. The surrounding area is bad and unsafe, and infested with pickpockets. One of our friends had his neck chair ripped off right in front of us. Will never recommend this hotel to any one. We did not get the value for what we paid for. Horrible .

Not a pleasant stay. We had many problems with this hotel. For one, the young lady at the reception was very rude and our room was dirty the day we checked in. We had very loud neighbors next door and weren't able to get any sleep. Also, the music they play in the lobby would be very loud and that would also cause us not to get any rest. Overall, it wasn't a welcoming experience.

No running water and AC almost inexistant

Spent 3 nights at this hotel and was told only on arrival (at 1 am), after 13,5 hours been on a plane, that there was no running water from 23h30-5h30. Same scenario happened on our last night so we couldn't shower or use the toilet when we woke up to catch our flight. We had to use the toilet at the airport. The AC was also not really efficient and we gave up asking for another room when the customer in front of us was told that there was no other rooms available...He was complaining about the ACas well. The receptionist took our informations and said that someone from.the hotel would get in touch with us to offer a partial refund regarding the water inconvenience. It's been more than 3 weeks now and nobody contacted us or responded to the email I have sent a week ago on the subject.

Excelente atención del personal, excelente la comida del restaurante Make Make, muy cómodas las camas y las habitación. Podrían mejorar un poco la limpieza de las alfombras y la calidad de las toallas. La zona es un poco insegura por la noche. De todos modos lo recomiendo, excelente lugar para ser zona de casco histórico.
