This is a lovely hotel with a very nice restaurant. The room was very nice. However, it was pretty far from the historic district and I would have preferred lodgings that were closer to downtown.

The staff was welcoming, and gave me information about the area. The room was impeccably clean, large room, large bathroom. Air conditioner, tv, lights carefully placed. It is obvious they thought of every detail.

The hotel was easy to find. The car park is beneath the property and easily accessible. The hotel is also very close to El Corte Ingles and Hipercore as well as a fuel forecourt. The staff were generally friendly enough although some seemed a bit reluctant to help.

Imposible descansar

El hotel está muy bien en cuanto a instalaciones, amabilidad de recepción, tamaño de habitación y baño, limpieza y variedad y abundancia del desayuno. Ahora, no volveré ni lo recomendaría porque es imposible descansar, más aún si lo necesitas por viajar al día siguiente. Se escucha todo de unas habitaciones a otras y ni los alojados ni el personal de limpieza respetan que esté puesto el cartel de “no molesten” de madrugada o temprano y dan golpes o hablan alto en los pasillos.

Friendly staff but dated room

Hotel was clean and staff were very friendly. The minibar/fridge wasn't working when we arrived. Reported to reception on our way out and was fixed when we got back a few hours later. The room appeared a little dated. No tea or coffee making facility in room which was a real downside.
