Loved that the property was well situated as well as very clean and well maintained. Staff was outstanding and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend this property when staying at Santiago de Campostella. both the hotel as well as the staff made our stay after a long Camino very pleasant.

Perfect location, friendly front door staff, nice waiting area if you show up before check in time, super clean bathroom, nice balcony, good sound insulation, and a decent breakfast. Attentive staff got us a taxi for 4 AM, they are multilingual, full of good information, and good value for money.

Perfect location, very friendly staff. A bit noisy because it’s right on a busy square but on the plus side you are right in the middle of everything you want to see and do.

Great location in the heart of old Santiago, right by the cathedral. Although this is a very busy area, the hotel was quiet and peaceful. Lovely spacious modern room with AC. Staff on 24h reception were very helpful, booking us an early morning taxi to the airport.

Great location for exploring the city, easily walkable to the major tourist sites. The room was clean, spacious and the aircon was great. Staff were super helpful, for example in directing us to where to catch the bus to the airport. However, the room we were in faced Rúa de Xelmírez which was an incredibly noisy thoroughfare throughout the night (until 3/4am), even with the windows closed. When booking I’d see if it is possible to avoid rooms against this street.

This was our 2nd stay here, we lived it the first time as DNA very happy t to book again. We love the location, just around the corner from the cathedral and still close to restaurants, everything is very walkable. The rooms are unique and charming, very clean and comfortable. You cannot check in before 3 pm, but you can leave your backpacks, and we went to the sitting area in the basement and relaxed while we waited for checkin (which was nice after walking all day on the camino and we were pretty tired and needed to sit for a while). Breakfast is good and the hotel not only arranged taxi transportation to the airport for us, but since we had to leave earlier than the normal breakfast start time they let us have breakfast early which was very appreciated since we had a long travel day head of us. They have us a very comfortable, enjoyable experience and we would book again.
