Everything was excellent. All aspects of our stay were perfect. The hotel was beautiful, the facilities and food were great, the room was very comfortable and the staff was so friendly, kind and helpful. We loved this hotel!

Great hotel at a reasonable price, the only thing is that they have a central climate system and the room was a bit too warm. The rest was great and exactly what I need for a night near the airport.

Easy Overnight

Preferred for quick overnight in Santiago. Great parking and ease of access just off freeway 10 minutes from airport. Great breakfast, handy vending machine. Room service should have been open till 11 but did not answer the phone at 10.20pm a bit disappointing...room smelled faintly of perhaps cigarette smoke ( not sure but it was something) otherwise great as usual

Es un hotel que no cumple con el estándar 4 estrellas. Las habitaciones están mal insonorizadas, entra mucho ruido de la circunvalación y de la autopista que hay al lado, así como de otro hotel cercano que realiza fiestas con música. Es imposible dormir. Mi estancia era por una cuestión laboral importante que me obligaba a madrugar mucho. Abandoné el hotel un par de horas despues de mi llegada porque era imposible dormir. Cuando me fui expliqué el motivo y el personal no intentó ofrecer ninguna solución, e incluso me cobraron el desayuno del día siguiente que obviamente no iba a consumir. Además de todo esto el secador no funcionaba y el mobiliario no está al nivel de 4 estrellas. Fue una gran decepción. Recomiendo buscar cualquier opción en Santiago antes que este hotel.
