Todo bien en general, EXCEPTO que por política del hotel, tienen apagado el aire acondicionado si no es verano, AUNQUE HAGA CALOR. Eso hizo que la estancia NO FUERA CONFORTABLE. Tuvimos que abrir la ventana, con lo cual los ruidos de afuera nos despertaron en la noche. Había que elegir entre silencio, o calor. Y aun con la ventana abierta, se sentía calor

Rooms were clean, bathrooms are old and have some mold see photos. Staff were excellent but the hotel is in dire need of update. And for 4 stars I expect amenities they didn’t have here.

Opción interesante

Hotel algo anticuado en la decoración y ubicado cerca del centro pero si estar en la zona centro nueva de la ciudad o en el casco histórico. Está a unos 10 minutos andando de las calles de la zona céntrica de la ciudad y a unos 15 minutos de la zona antigua. Hotel grande y con buena atención al cliente. El desayuno algo caro. Está en una zona residencial con el campus universitario sur enfrente. Las habitaciones son amplias (aunque ya indiqué que algo anticuadas).

Reception was a nice area and staff were friendly and helpful. Auto check out by WhatsApp link was easy, if non editable. Room was a reasonable size with a king size bed and stocked fridge, but the mattress was hard. Shower over bath was good, but very difficult to get in/out of. Parking under hotel good and €12/day. Hotel is out of town and it takes about 30 minutes to walk to the Cathedral square.
