Loved loved loved hotel. Its location is on the beautiful Mondrago beach. Great location, beach restaurant, parking was relatively easy compared to my other hotels on the island. Front desk agent Julien was fantastic. Couldn’t have been happier. Priced at a good rate.

Pros: Location & Parking: Easy access to nearby beaches with convenient on-site parking. Cons: - Filth & Pests: Ants everywhere, walls stained with squashed mosquitoes, and a small trash can so rusted it looks like a WWII artifact. - Neglected Housekeeping: Sheets and towels were unwashed and lacked a fresh scent. Sheets were never changed once during our 5-day stay. - Intrusive Staff: Housekeeping tried entering our room at 9:30 AM (cleaning starts at 11 AM), and we were never given a "Do Not Disturb" hanger. - Misleading Photos: The moldy, ancient bathroom looks nothing like the pictures on Expedia, they clearly hid the actual property conditions. - Broken Appliances: The mini-fridge was dirty, barely cooled, and leaked water on the floor. The AC ran weakly and shut off randomly. - Missing Essentials & Zero Comfort: No coffee supplies or water, just a single dirty cup. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and zero soundproofing meant every noise carried straight through the walls. Good location and parking don't excuse pest infestations, leaking appliances, intrusive staff, misleading photos, and terrible hygiene. Save your money and stay elsewhere.

A super family run hotel in a lovely location

Our stay was fantastic - the staff are excellent, the facilities are very good, it’s clean & in a lovely location. We enjoyed it being quieter in the mornings & evenings after the day trippers had gone back to their resorts. The beach is gorgeous & perfect for swimming. Hard to find fault with the family run hotel in such a pretty setting.

Relaxing stay in the middle of a natural park

A great 2 star hotel, towards 3 stars, located 30 sec away from the main beach (there are 2 in cala mondrago and another little one). Bathroom was modern, renovated, room was good enough and clean. Breakfast was fair for the stars of the hotel and the price paid. It is a great place to stay for 2 nights if you want to fully enjoy Cala Mondrago where new constructioms are not allowed as it s a natural protected park since a while ago.

The only nice thing about this hotel is Sara at the front desk. Location is in the middle of nowhere, can’t walk anywhere. You can have conversations through the walls. The Cala is beautiful but not worth staying in. The beds were like rocks. I left early as this was an unpleasant stay.

friendly quirky little hotel right by the beach

Wish we'd stayed longer. Laid back atmosphere, very friendly staff, spotlessly clean, nice pool, nice terrace bar/restaurant, on site free parking, right by lovely beach and woodland walks. Hotel was apparently full but didn't feel at all crowded. Room was comfy, clean and spacious if a bit basic, but suited us just fine. Air con was a bit hit and miss! We had the half board option. Great breakfast and dinner, but my only criticism is that dinner time (7.30 until 9) can be a bit constraining eg if you want to eat late. eg if you turn up at 8.30 (still quite early my Mallorcan standards!), a lot of the food may have gone. No problem with the quality of food (all delicious), but next time (and there will be a next time!) we might just go for B&B to give us more flexibility. Great little family run hotel - we'd recommend it to anyone.

Seriously, don't spend ur money at this place

Room was different from the advertised; ar conditioner didn't work; no blackouts, so at 5am the room was really bright; small fridge didn't work and was leaking(!); food was so bad my wife got sick. Bottom line, it was a disaster. Only good thing is the location. I thought about complaining to the owner, but if he is capable of doing this, of course he doesn't care and would tell me to f... off.

Très déçus de notre expérience dans cet hôtel. Nous avons dû changer de chambre après notre première nuit, mais malheureusement, la situation ne s’est pas vraiment améliorée. La climatisation ne fonctionnait toujours pas, le jet de douche était brisé au point où ma copine devait le tenir pendant que je me lavais, les draps sentaient le renfermé et nous avons même retrouvé des fourmis dans notre lit.

Das Hotel hat eine perfekte Lage in wunderschöner Umgebung. Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das sieht man vor allem an den Armaturen. Auch die Sauberkeit war anfangs eher mittelmäßig aber nachdem wir freundlich darauf hingewiesen haben wurde das Zimmer nochmal gereinigt. Personal auch im a la carte Restaurant super freundlich! Wir würden wieder kommen!

Chambre sale, cheveux , moutons sous le lit et lavabo bouché. Etablissement vieillissant, dont l'entretien se limite aux abords de la piscine ( ca se voit de l'exterieur de l'etablissement). Chambres bruyantes, tres mauvaise isolation phonique de chambre a chambre. Petit dejeuner a fuir, jus de fruits ( quand la machine marche) au gout " medicament " des sirops contre la toux sont meilleurs... Viennoiseries tres ordinaires. Seul point fort de l'hotel est sa position geographique dans un tres joli cadre. Rapport qualite prix inacceptable, cet hotel ne merite plus trois etoiles.

Das Hotel liegt nahe am Strand. Gartenanlagen und Pool sind schön gestaltet. Ein gutes Frühstücksbuffet, das Abendessen eher enttäuschend, vieles kommt aus der Tiefkühltruhe. Die Zimmer mit Balkon sind ok, leider ist das Wasser, was im Badezimmer aus dem Hahn kommt, praktisch ungenießbar, höchstens zum Zähneputzen geeignet.

Petit hotel familial situé dans une réserve naturelle bordée d'une très belle crique. L'hotel est sans pretention mais le personnel y est très sympathique et le cadre superbe. L'aventage de la situation de l'hotel permet également de stationner à l'hotel et éviter le stationnement très compliqué compte tenu de la frequentation de la plage.

Escape civilization

The hotel is located at a natural resort and close to the beach. The beach has quite some algae. With respect to bars, restaurants, shops or any facilities, you are dependent on your car for a 15 minute ride, approximately. While upon booking it appears that breakfast would be included, this is actually not the case - it's €10 per person extra.
