The rooms are newly refurbished so very nice. The hotel is tailored for the French so all entertainment, music, children's club is in French and French themed. The staff were in the main unfriendly and food choice basic.

Appena rientrato dal mio soggiorno a palma all'hotel palia...vacanza con famiglia e due bambini...camera di recente ristrutturata comoda e spaziosa dotatata di tutti i confort,struttura hotel ben tenuta,ottima posizione per visitare tutte le calette più belle dell'isola,cibo internazionale abbastanza variegato,ottima pizza complimenti al pizzaiolo,una menzione alla receptionist con i capelli biondi è stata gentile e cortese e ci ha dato una grossa mano nel risolvere un piccolo problema cortese e professionale e molto umana.Giudizio finale positivo,unica nota stonata la pulizia delle stoviglie in sala ristorante,dovrebbero essere più attenti perché abbiamo ripetutamente trovato piatti,bicchieri e posate sporche questo aspetto da migliorare

Ottimo rapporto prezzo/qualità per il cibo e la posizione. La camera assegnataci invece era poco confortevole in quanto al piano terra , facilmente accessibile agli insetti e a ridosso della piscina per bambini . Un giorno si sono dimenticati di pulire la camera.

Hay que adaptarlo al siglo XXI

He estado bien atendido .el hotel necesita modernizarse , pero si no lo hace seguira siendo atractivo por su ubicacion , trato del personal , que es exquisito como por los servicios que ofrece , teniendo en cuenta que es un tres estrellas. Las habitaciones , que en realidad, son apartamentos estan poco equipadas,, y sobran elementos como habitacion ( microondas, cama en el estar , cocina )y faltan como habitacion de hotel ( secador de pelo , una TV, gel, ceillo de dientes y crema , nevera con productos de baño, aunque sean de pago ) La accesibilidad a los elementos comunes es nula para personas con movilidad reducida

Budget accommodation at a budget price.

Great location with good selection of average food. I wouldn't recommend this for couples or anyone wanting a relaxed high-end break but it was Ideal for a small group of lads climbing around the island. Things are looking a little run down and drinks were poor and the cues for alcohol in the evening were 20 minutes for a very average drink in a plastic glass but our emphasis wasn't on drinking. The rooms get very hot also as the A/C is basically none existent. The food was ok to keep you from being hungry but the location being so good meant eating out was easy. I would return for the same price I paid.

We had a lovely time here, food was great, with lovely views over the marina as you ate. A fantastic animation team, with lots of activities, very friendly. Either the entertainment in the evening or the Chill out bar, overlooking the marina. The only negative is that the all inclusive ended at 11pm and them it was a pay bar until midnight.

Rejse 4 voksne heraf to voksne børn. Ankom kl. 01.30 om natten hvor de ikke kunne finde vores booking. Fik dog en lejlighed, som var ledig til næste dag men som kun var klar til 3 per.. Ikke andre ledige lejligheder næste dag, men kunne blive i den vi havde fået tildelt. Den var så slidt og manglede så meget vedligeholdelse, specielt bad og senge, og lignede på ingen måde den lejlighed vi havde bestilt og stod slet ikke mål med de billeder hotellet gerne ville fremstå som. Venlig og hjælpsom personale alle steder Enorm larm og kaos omkring de 2 pool områder, der var alt for små til så mange mennesker. Det samme omkring restauranten. Meget positiv med en voksen pool. Dejlig og afvekslende mad. Fantastisk udsigt til lystbådehavn fra terrasse til restaurant samt afslapnings område med udsigt til lystbådehavn. Stort og flot haveområde. Tænker det er et hotel der er ideelt til små børns familier men til voksne der ønsker afslapning og ro er det ikke stedet. En skam da havne området og terrasser appellerer hertil.

Fantastiskt läge!

Kanonläge! Lite slitet mellanklass hotell, där det finns mer att önska av restaurangen särskilt. Även hotellsängarna behöver en uppgradering. Det de kallar disco är i själva verket egenkomponerade shower som måste vara det sämsta jag sett. Men å andra sidan behöver man ju inte gå dit. I övrigt trevligt poolområde, trevlig personal och än en gång underbart läge i Cala d'Or.

The staff at this hotel are amazingly helpful throughout. Having free alcohol for the whole week was brilliant but the food was only average. When I saw they provide a microwave in the restaurant to warm your food up it seemed odd but quite a lot of the food was cold i.e. pasta, rice, potatoes etc. I ended up spending an extra £150 on eating out at some of the fine restaurants around the area, using the hotel for poolside snacks and the odd breakfast etc. Please note there is NO free WiFi anywhere in the hotel it is a paid for service only, at least none that I found. The hotel is in a good area with reasonable access to beaches, restaurants, bars etc. and they provide a good level of service and entertainment,

Lovely complex bigger than expected. Area is fab

Large and clean apartment.beautiful view of the marina.quite hilly with lots of steps but copeable.salad bar and desert bar where outstanding with lots of choice.fresh rolls bread and cakes daily.food selection was ok not very hot and a bit to much fish for my liking but always something worth eating.constant drinks and snacks on offer .beautiful scenic area with lovely clean pools.

Helt ok medelhotell. Ok mat men synd att det var plastglas till allt, engångsglas. Hårda sängar, lite äldre stil men rent. Schampoo ingick inte, för få solstolar så de var för det mesta upptagna. Läget var mycket bra i hamnen, trevligt med utsikt över hamnen från restaurangen med platser både ute och inne.

The best in terms of price - performance ratio!

We stayed 4 nights and really enjoyed the place. It is located by marina in Cala dOr, 15 mins a walk from the main Cala dOr beach. There is a shuttle to the beach every 10-15mins though, which was nice. We got to the hotel by a public bus from Palma for the price of +- 7E. The food was quite good and good selection. The food by the pool was not so good but you could get any hot/cold drink there throughout the whole day sooo after 3 beers you didnt mind the food (=sandwich) sucked. The only negatives I could think of - a fee for wifi, 2 channels on TV, salty water in the shower (but I didnt mind that at all). Overall I would rate the whole stay very good. Cala dOr turned out to be surprisingly nice and the hotel was a good choice, considering the money we paid.

hotel was mainly french who was very arragant and thought they owned the hotel felt very out of place we only ate at the hotel twice and paid for all inclusive we went into the town on most days which was lovely, the marina is stunning and would definatly stay in cala d or again but would stay in the town

Dåligt hotell

Ett hotell i (i mitt tycke) dåligt skick. De allmänna utrymmena kändes ofräscha/nedgångna och i vissa fall rentav smutsiga. Inte heller maten/restaurangen var bra. Kaotisk atmosfär, långa köer, dåligt utbud och dåligt påfyllt de gånger vi åt där (det blev dock att vi mest åt utanför hotellet...). Personalen i receptionen var tyvärr inte speciellt trevliga och hjälpsamma heller. Det enda positiva med hotellet är läget och att de hade shuttlebuss till stranden. Kommer inte boka detta hotell igen.
