Soap and shampoo dispensers available but no skin lotion nor toothpaste. No facial tissues either. Bottled Water for sale in mini fridge. Very helpful front desk who helped me booked the Alsa bus to my next destination. Hotel is located within a 10 minute walk to the central bus station and the same distance to Centro Botin and the waterfront. Within walking distance to restaurant and bars. Room is large.

Great hotel for central Santander. walking distance to restaurants pubs, port and to the museums. Hotel was very comfortable, breakfast buffet ocmprehensive and staff very attentive and helpful.
