The accommodation was clean and comfortable with a very welcome ceiling fan cooling the temperature. We were arriving late (then my flight was delayed further) and were asked to check in online before 11.00pm but this was complicated and wouldn't work for me. But all was well and there was someone on duty at reception to check us in. Helpful and friendly reception staff. Good location - easy walk into town/waterfront and plenty of buses nearby. Only negative was very limited cooking equipment and absence of cloths for wiping/cleaning. A kettle, cups/mugs and wiping cloths would have helped.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, especially considering the reasonable price. My only suggestion would be to provide an iron for guests, which would enhance the overall experience. The staff were friendly, polite, and always ready to assist.

The room was clean but they are quite open about the fact they will not go inside ypur room once, even just to freshen up. This also extends to collecting litter. I was tgere for a week and had to leave my own bags of rubbish out to a public bin. When i asked, they just shrugged their shoulders. The kitchen is unbelievably basic. 2 hobs, one pot, one pan, one cup, plate and minimum cutlery. No basics like salt and pepper, no kitchen knives, wine glass etc no tea towel or dishcloth or anything like that. If you are going to Santander by plane, remember this and if going by car, bring your own basics! While tge place was clean, there was significant wear and tear and the place looked shoddy. Pluses included tge staff, the quietness, the location, comfortable bed and black-out windows. Mixed feelings, it's not a disaster but not brilliant.

Kitchenette was very useful to us. Secured entry and exit through phone app which was used to access rooms as well. Nice and clean room. Had a pleasant stay! Shower room is small but cannot do much about it, had to use it without the shower curtain to get more room.

Excellently located in the city centre within walking distance to all amenities. Staff at reception very helpful. Room very clean and fan above the bed was great as the room was very warm. Great lighting in the bathroom for doing makeup! There were only a handful of English tv channels however so there was slim pickings but still found things to watch (you need to change the language to English using the remote if required). Great stay all in all.

The hotel was very nice located, the city centre, public transportation, supermarkets and restaurants are very close. The room was okay. The furniture is quite old, the kitchen could be better equipped and only one big pillow for two persons is also not so nice. But all in all it’s okay for a few nights to explore Santander.

This hotel is a complete waste of time, confirned my booking along with hotels.com the emails from the hotel and hotels.com saying that they can't honour the booking and recommend3d another hotel which i booked, then 5 hours later emailed me saying they can honour the booking after i had booked the other hotel, they charged me and will not refund my payment, complete rip off merchants, stay well clear of this hotel shambles

Difficulté pour descendre les bagages, voie sans issus, étroite, avec des voitures souvent en double file et sans parking. Accueil déplorable, pas à l’écoute. Si on vient avec un passeport fait pas un consulat général c'est que l'on habite à l’étranger surtout si on est espagnol, mais il faut donner une adresse en Espagne. Ascenseur minuscule juste pour une personne et un bagage. C'est un "appart hôtel", sans bouilloire, ni de quoi faire et essuyer la vaisselle, pas de balai, ni de balayette pour ramasser ce qui tombe par terre. Salle de bain inadapté avec rideau en plastique qui vous colle au corps une fois humide. On était au 6 ème et on avait juste un ventilateur plafonnier. Des travaux juste en face de nos fenêtres Pour un séjour de 4 nuits un seul changement de serviette, si non il faut payer pour un changement quotidien, draps pas de changement si non il faut payer, nettoyage zéro, si non il faut payer.L'offre au départ inintéressante et pas trop cher reviens au final plus cher si on ajoute un confort minime obligatoire, sans oublié le prix quotidien pour certains du parking. On entend tout ce que fait vos voisins vraiment tout L'emplacement géographique reste son seul atout, près du centre ville, bien desservie en transport en commun, boulangerie, supérettes et autres commerces se trouvent très près de l’hôtel, sans oublier les resto. Une chance la ville est très agréable et il y a énormément de chose à voir. Lieu à éviter pour un séjour au delà d'une nuite

El lugar es cerca de muchos restaurantes y supermercados. A 20 minutos del sardinero aproximadamente. El personal fue muy amable. Hay cocina con utensilios. Lo único que mejoraría es la limpieza. El ventilador de techo estaba algo sucio y eso hizo que me diera alergia. Y las habitaciones son algo calientes aún si está fresco afuera. Aparte de eso, todo perfecto, lo recomiendo.
