Conditioner and shampoo in the bathroom would be better. Daniel found me some conditioner from another guest, which was great. On a map, he detailed so many places to go and it was wonderful! The bed was a little hard and the single blanket we found not quite enough for comfort. Local juice, fruit, yogurt and cake were lovely gifts! Towels and shower were gorgeous. Check out time is severe. It was a problem to be two minutes late!

When I arrived later than expected, Victoria was so helpful; and the next morning she even helped me with my bags, despite being told that it was OK. Great place; I’d definitely stay again. It was clean, tidy & comfortable.

Stayed two nights here, a really nice small hotel, very friendly and near city centre. We even got a welcome drink. Our room had a balcony with city view. Will definitely stay again. Very nice and helpful people in the reception too!

Exceptional stay ,Daniel was amazing,from the glass of cava to explaining everything,showing us how things worked,and booking a taxi for the airport on departure. What an absolutely fantastic hotel. Service was phenominal throughout, very attentive to our needs. We had a full tour of the grounds and our room on check in which was a very nice touch. We arrived early on check in day, and were able to leave our bags which had been put into the room by check in. The room was fantastic, nice and spacious with a lovely terrace. We spent a few afternoons by the pool too which was gorgeous, created a little escape from the bustling city below. 100% reccommend and hope to be back in the future.

Sooo friendly. Small quiet hotel within easy walking distance of puerto chico and main town and not far from El Sardinero beach. Really comfortable very welcoming with little details on way in and out. A great place to stay in Santander
