Breakfast ok, the hotel looks beautiful from the outside, nice garden clean patio but the room was dirty it could use fresh paint on the walls , the location is centric close to everything, food ,and paseo del carmen wich is the biggest event
Didn’t stay for the breakfast but the pizza for dinner the night before was delicious. The room was very clean. The flowers and trees right outside the door was a beautiful and incredible touch.

I like the location very close to everything with a walk distance.
This was our second time staying at this location. It was comfortable and the staff were great. Highly recommended this hotel if you are staying in the Santa Tecla/ San Salvador area.

Very safe property with super friendly and helpfull staff. Located at the centre of Santa Tecla, many shops and restaurants around.
My only complaint were the washrooms, they were small and crammed, not enough room to change inside.
The service and the greeting was good they help me with my luggage that I have three big luggage and a baby . And there was a lot of markets outside that you can walk around and safe I will recommend this hotel
really liked the beautiful garden inside and the room beds were spacious. I would improve on the bathroom which was very tight. Also one of the staff wasn't very helpful with an issue we needed help with, but the rest were very friendly and helpful. Closeness to many restaurants and shops is a plus.
The location was good, but lots of noise at night. Bed was hard as wood and uncomfortable, pillows were not comfortable.
The bedsheets did smell pretty clean and there was a/c and warm water to shower

Very cheap toilet paper the breakfast very bad any ways if the owner I lest Remodel those Roustic Room make it look like a real Hotel Room. Will be a very nice place to stay other them that I feel like the owner don’t care about the comfortable of the gues. But the employees very nice persons
