Young lady ( She looked like she was 16 years old) that was running the front desk did not speak clearly and acted like she was annoyed that I was checking in. The room was fairly clean for the price, the outside grounds was outdated and a bit dirty. They had a semi truck parked in the back of the hotel that was making all kinds of noise for about an hour at 2am. I will look for other accommodations the next time I stay in Santa Rosa.

The property is ran down and dirty. There was some indescribable smell, but once I got in my room and closed the door, it cut the smell down to a tolerable level. The bed was uncomfortable, so I did not get a good night sleep the whole reason you stay at a hotel. The hotel staff was very rude. It was like they were inconvenienced with their guest being there. I could only find two restaurants on my GPS and both of them the food was prepared poorly. All in all it was an unpleasant stay and I will never stop Santa Rosa again.

We were only there for a night and left very early. Location was convenient for us. Breakfast options available early which allowed us to get something quick before heading out. Really the only thing that we had an issue with was that there was no hot water for us to shower.
