They were amazing. Celebrated my birthday there and they helped decorate the room and assist with preparations. Also gave a great room!! Wonderful stay and amazing service. Thank you so much!!

Overall this Hotel is considered 4 star but I have to share a bad experience that I had at the So called SPA, this is a one star Spa that is completely rum done and has inexperienced masseuses, the music was so load and lighting was so bright and they made our experience so poor that we had to get up and leave the place, the room was freezing cold and.in between the massage they leave and then take you to these cheap showers that you can hardly fit and it’s like a death chamber as its sleepery and the water either steaming hot that burnt my hand or ice cold, the floor of the bathrooms are freezing cold and they didn’t put enough towels so you can cover the floors, The Resturant has great staff and food in general was very good , Rooms are very clean and staff are friendly, SERIOUS WARNING : The stairs are wet as people walk from the hot pool in to the lobby wet and I fell down and hurt my back but the Hotel staf were nice and came to rescue, This Hotel needs some improvements,

I would never stay there again, I left the hotel sick because there was mold and humidity inside the room, it was hard to breathe, also the pictures shows termales the santa rosa the cabal (big waterfall) which is not included in the stay

Hotel muy recomendable para pasar una noche por la zona. Tiene diferentes planes de comida y habitaciones. Nuestra reserva incluía entradas a las termas públicas de Santa Rosa de Cabal y desayuno que amablemente nos sirvieron algo antes de la hora de apertura del mismo ya que teníamos un vuelo temprano.
