The location is great — very close to the beach, and the property itself has a beautiful, pleasant interior. It has a lot of potential and could easily be a 5-star stay. Unfortunately, the biggest issue was cleanliness. The microwave wasn’t working, but honestly, I still would have given this place 5 stars despite that. What really changed our experience was how dirty the property was when we arrived. We ended up washing the floors three times ourselves, and I’m pretty sure they had never been as clean as they were after we left. The overall level of cleanliness was simply unacceptable for a vacation rental and completely overshadowed all the positive things about the property. I strongly recommend that the owner reconsider or replace the current cleaning service. With proper cleaning and better attention to detail, this could easily be an excellent place to stay

This 1013 beachside dr is a wonderful place....interior and exterior looked great and brand new...! My family and I very enjoy it. The beach so clear and sand looks so white...I love it...Thank you so much!!!

This condo/apt was amazing. Plenty of dishes/silverware were provided. Including a coffeepot, large toaster, blender, and teapot. They even had a laundry basket, iron/ironing board, and plenty of towels. They even provided puzzles & monopoly game!
