A estadia na Casa de Totumo foi muito positiva e deixou uma impressão bastante favorável. O ambiente é acolhedor, bem cuidado e transmite uma sensação de tranquilidade, ideal para quem busca descanso sem abrir mão de uma boa localização em Santa Marta. Os espaços são agradáveis, limpos e funcionais, com atenção aos detalhes que tornam a experiência confortável. O atendimento também merece destaque: a equipe é cordial, solícita e disposta a ajudar, criando um clima amistoso e respeitoso ao longo da estadia. Como ponto de melhoria, alguns pequenos ajustes poderiam elevar a experiência ao nível máximo — seja em aspectos pontuais de conforto ou em detalhes operacionais. Nada, porém, que comprometa de forma relevante a qualidade da hospedagem. No geral, a Casa de Totumo oferece uma excelente relação custo-benefício e é uma opção confiável e charmosa para quem visita Santa Marta. Recomendo e certamente consideraria me hospedar novamente.

Nos encantó nuestra estadía en la Casa del Totumo. La ubicación es perfecta: cerca de todo, y muy central en cuanto a la vida nocturna de Santamarta. El lugar tiene un encanto especial, con un patio muy bonito lleno de plantas y una atmósfera relajante que invita a disfrutar el desayuno al aire libre. Amamos a Calabaza, una gatica que nos acompaño en toda nuestra estancia. Queremos destacar especialmente la atención de Alana, quien fue increíblemente amable y servicial durante toda nuestra estancia. Siempre dispuesta a ayudar y con una sonrisa, hizo que nos sintiéramos como en casa. Definitivamente recomendaría este lugar a cualquiera que busque una experiencia acogedora, bien ubicada y con un servicio excelente.
