The hotel was amazing, easy check in. They offered transportation from the aipoort. The staff was really friendly. A lot of food options inside the resort. Nice pools, easy to walk and from the beach. They offered multiple activities during the stay.

The place is so beautiful, people are kind and helpful. however they charge me more on top of what i paid to expedia, for expedia had not informed. Also the issue with towels, i think a five star hotel should not be so mean with changing towels

This is a very nice resort. The staff is friendly and helpful. The facilities are great. One thing to improve would be to lift the restrictions to order food from the swimming pools from 12 to 3 pm because they want to force people to go to the restaurants for lunch, but people should be free to choose.

I really loved the hotel. The bungalow rooms are nice. You see nature and the beach is nice. Sand is dark but soft. Breakfast buffet is very good. Food at the restaurants is very good and not expensive at all. Every one was very friendly. I would like to come back again.
