I’d say, the best of the hotel was the Staff. Incredibly helpful with EVERYTHING. Friendly, smiling always and very helpful. The pool was amazing, the beach, the food and drinks. The area, very quiet and relaxing. Will definitely come back.

The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is because the rooms are a little small. Also, the way the bathroom is designed assumes that you are sharing this two bed bedroom with your husband/wife. Whatever happened to families with parents or friends traveling together? Why have we eliminated the privacy of a shower? The shower is literally completely open, I guess I should be thankful the toilet had a door? Anyway, the beds are comfy, the staff was nice. The pool has a beautiful view and you get to use the umbrellas at the beach

At check-in, at the reception, we asked for a refrigerator. We explained that we need it for the ampoules. They told us that they did not have any. I offered to pay for the use of the refrigerator, but they told us that they could not help us. So, we asked them to consult with their manager and on his orders we were asked to show the injections . My wife took the three injections out of her purse, showed them and explained that the value of each injection was over $1,000. Then they told us that they were sorry, but that they did not have a room with a refrigerator, and the few refrigerators themselves were not cold at all. I was very unpleasantly surprised. If they did not have a room with a refrigerator, then why did they ask us to show the medications? Another problem that I would like to point out is that the room we were given was extremely hot. With an outside temperature of about 40 degrees Celsius, this is more than unacceptable. We have never had anything like this happen to us before. In a Marriott hotel, in my opinion, all guests' rooms should be prepared at a comfortable temperature beforehand. By the way, the location of the hotel is very good, the pool is great, the room was clean, and both receptionists were polite.

El hotel es muy bonito, super cerca del aeropuerto, se percibe limpio y las habitaciones amplias. Cuenta con zona de playa y camastros con sombrillas sin costo adicional, la playa es muy bonita. El desayuno incluido esta excelente y muy completo. La comida muy rica solo el servicio del restaurante fue bastante lento. Todo lo demás excelente, definitivamente regresaría y recomendaría este hotel.
