This is a great property in Santa Marta. Convenient to the beach, restaurants and parks. Breakfast was always top notch with attentive staff.

Great location and beautiful grounds

Had a private pool suite There are 2, both are pictures but.lpok very different. The pool is above.the room with a private entrance. The view behind the hotel.is not.the nicest but you do get an ocean view. It is more of a wading pool (hot.tub size) but well worth a way to beat the hwat, relax, have a nice.glass.of wine at night with a view. Hotel is in a safe area 1 block away from parque de the novios which qas very convenient. Breakfast was great and staff was very friendly and accomodating.

This is an ice property and I have stayed in this neighborhood before so I knew the issues with the streets being unsavory at times. Close to the beach Room was a decent size. Breakfast was ok but not great. You have to pick from a few choice and none were great for me. I like to pick my own breakfast from the buffet and this way I see in advance what I am getting.

The place was immaculate! It was quaint and we loved the beautiful garden that they had on the inside. The staff not only was friendly, but was extremely helpful with getting us transportation to and from places.

The hotel was beautiful. I recommend that you spring for one of the rooms with a private rooftop pool. Be aware that Santa Marta is extremely loud. There was club music blasting from two blocks away until after midnight. It was so loud that we could clearly hear it in our room with the windows and the doors shut. Certainly no fault of the hotel, but it was very obnoxious.

This is the 2nd time i’ve stayed here. I got suite #10 that has a private terrace and small pool. it was incredible and absolutely romantic. Great location, great breakfast and all the staff are wonderful!

This hotel was a pleasant find. Very comfortable room with everything working as it should. Included breakfast each morning was very good and no scimping on portions. Offered coffee refills upon request with no problem. Only improvement would have been to have better internet signal in our 3rd floor room.

Nice property and part of a group of properties with Kali in the name. This place has a very nice second floor are for relaxing but not one relaxing chair. The poolmwas very clean but almost in the lobby but an alternative on the third floor. I had requested and extra couple of hours to keep my bag before leaving for a flight and they requested 100,000$ pesó for the time. This I find greedy when the rate for a night is 300,000. The area is ok but not terrific. Just about two blocks from the action but unsavoury when it get dark. The room was a food size but I was lacking wifi in the room and had to use my cell phone data or leave the room to use the hotel WiFi. I had to speak to the manager and she didn't speak any English and someone had to interpret making for added confusion. Their other hotel was closer to the beach which I liked better and was way less money too. The breakfast is set choices and therefore limited variety.. Coffee was like pulling teeth almost like they didn't want you to have more than one cup. The women serving were nice and tried to accommodate me Shower was really big and had a Multi head sprayers

Beautiful hotel, great staff

Beautiful hotel, I highly recommend the suite with a private deck/pool. Not a huge pool but so nice to have a private space to hang out. The rooms and courtyard are stunning. The staff was very kind and accommodating, always able to help with anything we needed.
