The Hitel was very clean, staff very good, I thing, I didn’t like was, we were having a drink in the Garden Bar at the Hotel, people that had a dog, walked the dog to the grass of the garden bar & let there dog have a wee & a poo, with us seated on the next table, that I didn’t like, so I won’t be staying there again, shame

The major advantages of the hotel are its proximity to the old city and a spacious free parking. Rooms are quite big, bathrooms are gorgeous (it is not a joke). Everything is pretty clean. However, a hint of some obsolescence is still present.

A breadth of fresh air

The hotel is very easy to get to and the staff are very helpful and attentive. Our room was lovely and spacious and the receptionist changed us to the ground floor to accommodate our ageing dog

You can hear everything from the other rooms. We had to physically go down to reception to inform them about the noise because the telephone did not work either. Finally the noise ended at 1am😔

We hebben één nacht in dit hotel verbleven en dat is ons uitstekend bevallen. Het hotel ademt een nostalgische sfeer, alsof je even terug bent in de jaren tachtig. Alles is keurig verzorgd en het personeel is bijzonder vriendelijk. Vooral Carlos verdient een compliment. Hij was ontzettend enthousiast, gastvrij en zeer klantgericht. De kamer was schoon, comfortabel en goed geïsoleerd, waardoor we heerlijk hebben geslapen. Als we nog eens in de omgeving zijn, zullen we zonder twijfel opnieuw voor dit hotel kiezen. Een echt minpunt konden we niet ontdekken. Het enige wat wellicht wat aandacht verdient, is de buitenkant van het hotel; een nieuwe verflaag zou het geheel nog aantrekkelijker maken.

Pontos fortes: muitos lugares para estacionar, perto de centro comercial. Pontos fracos: não é mais do que 2 estrelas. Instalações já antigas, pouca insonorização entre quartos. As camas demasiado leves, qualquer movimento faziam muito barulho. As flores artificiais na recepção, velhissímas, não lembra a ninguém. Os funcionários não prezam por muita simpatia. O primeiro quarto estava sem limpeza. Trocaram rapidamente. O ar condicionado não funciona de inverno, e não temos como regular o aquecimento, então o quarto fica muito quente, tivemos que dormir com a janela aberta. Os rececionistas muito simpáticos, atenciosos e resolutivos.
