Great place, great view and great price.

Best night's sleep I've had in a while. The bed was very comfortable. The room was completely clean, but extremely bare Bones. The door to our bathroom was swollen so it was difficult to open as it dragged on the floor. And the light in the bathroom was burnt out, but everything we reported to the proprietor, he had taken care of right away. Check-In was a breeze, and the gentleman that runs the place is amazing! Such a great location, it's quiet and has a wonderful view. About a mile or two away is a grocery store and small shopping center with a variety store. It was perfect for what we needed.

The property manager was pleasant and efficient with the checkin and checkout process. He also managed breakfast in the morning ensuring guests needs were taken care of making coffees, cleaning up and replenishing food. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable but the washrooms need work as the door didn’t close let alone lock and the shower is tiny. Also the mirror in the washroom was placed too high making simple tasks challenging and there were no other mirrors in the room despite plenty of wall space.

If you are arriving for an overnight stay, its fine. Gianni was wonderful and accommodating to us. Very nice man. However, if you require internet, you will only get it in the breakfast area. Nothing in the rooms (our room). We asked for a luggage stand as the room has only a bed and 2 end tables and a chair, they don't have any luggage stands. Must put your luggage on the floor. There is no where you can go that doesn't require a taxi or a lot of walking. Fortunately Gianni asked the restaurant next to the property if they would take us before the 7:30 dinner hour. They were very accommodating to us.

Abbiamo alloggiato qui ad aprile. Posizione ottimale, a circa un’ora da Roma. Camera abbastanza pulita con piccolo terrazzo vista mare, anche se un po’ datata e con la porta del terrazzo che non si chiudeva. Inoltre, la presa vicino al letto non funzionava perché era incassata nel muro. Letto comodo. Colazione un po’ povera, soprattutto per vegani: nonostante la segnalazione, non sono state proposte alternative. Abbiamo anche atteso circa un’ora per la camera, pur arrivando dopo l’orario di check-in, ma può capitare. Piscina non utilizzata perché vuota per il periodo. Nel complesso, ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.
