Vacations Close To Santa Maria of Melque Church

Great location.

This is a good hotel, but I've stayed at better properties for what I paid. The room option we chose, deluxe room, turned out to be very small. It reminded me of the rooms you get in NYC. Maybe Madrid is getting to that level. Most of the rooms on our floor were being remodeled, which was not the best experience. Breakfast buffet was the only option up until 10AM, You couldn't just get coffee. The lobby and common areas are nice and well suited for brief meetings or light office work.

Expected better service for the rate

Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Other than being overcharged in error, the stay was a good one. The issue was resolved.
