What I did not like was the food at the buffet was cold. Also you need a golf car to take you from your room to the pool, to the beach to the front desk. Basically anywhere, they need to put that in their description. That was a bit of an inconvenience.

El personal no tiene actitud de servicio, son groseros, no cuentan con amenidades para huespedes, solo tienen 3 carritos para todos los huespedes, la chapa de la habitacion no servia, a la llegada no nos dijeron donde estaba la habitacion. Habia cucarachas en las habitaciones y afuera... el.servicio de buffet tenia pocas opciones el servicio de bebidas deficioente, en los restaurantes pediamos bebidas a los meseros que nunca llegaron mejor fuimos por ellas a la barra... en el restuarante el mexicino frida que es a la carta... la comida fue horrible un taco de cochinita que era solo tortilla y un espiritu de salsa de cochinita... un chamorro en salsa que era puro hueso.... en definitiva me siento estafada no tiene lo que se necesita para ser considerado un hotel all inclusive.

Me entregaron mi habitación muy tarde; casi a las 6 de la tarde, y eso que llegué con mucho tiempo de anticipación; el personal de recepción un tanto indiferente ante la situación, la persona que hacía el aseo de la habitación molesta de que ingresamos por unas cosas que necesitábamos y el día de salida ya nos estaban pidiendo que desalojáramos desde las 11:00 am porque iban a hacer el aseo… mal olor en el baño y faltaba que se surtiera papel higiénico.

En general estuvo bien. Salvo por la recepción del lugar nos hacen perder mucho tiempo para hacer el check in y nunca llevaron el acondicionador que pedí ya que teníamos muy poco en la habitación nos dejaron menos d ella mitad para 5 días. Cuando quisimos hacer el checkout nos tardaron en enviar un coche para ir por nosotros Sugerencia el buffet de la playa unas cosas estaban salada y otras insípidas Nos encantó el desayuno y la cena en Andiamo y en el restaurante Mexicano
