The lobby staff were quite serious and lacked warmth in their service, the restaurant staff were the same, with the exception of Lucina and Rosy. The cleaning and transportation staff were always kind and cheerful. Despite that, we will definitely return.

Everything about this resort was great especially the staff 2 thing I had a big issue with the elevator, not working and the Frida dinner. The Italian dinner was exquisite. The buffet was delicious. The breakfast was wonderful the pools, the views, were great. I love the fact that there was a lot of nature around the property the property was very clean.

The rooms are big and comfortable. I cannot complain about the rooms at all. Plenty of storage space if you come with alot of clothes. Clean maintained. Water bottles restocked daily. Always enough towels. I had lead in room caregory giving me a view of a tennis court... I don't particularly like that the layout of the resort is so huge and requires a trolly to get around everywhere. I was on 8th level and it goes to 10 levels but no elevators. Resort architecture is unique design but i don't like having to rely on trolly to move around. I came in slow season so it was usually no issue to get on. In busy season i imagine it gets wild to try and get on. If you travel with a baby and a stroller like i did, it's very inconvenient. If you are someone with mobility issues, this is not a good resort for you. Food was most disappointing in buffet I've ever had in Mexico. I had food poisoning the whole week. Drinks from bars are not that great. For carbonated drinks they use pepsi brand and they tasted very off. Orange juice at bar tastes like tang mix...i felt like i was consuming in Cuba. If you know, you know.. Beach that is at resort is not great for swimming. Drive 12 minutes out to la entrega or Maguey or la crucecita and it's by far better for swimming. Some waiters not very professional. They lack proper customer service. Not alot of English speaking staff either. Pool on 7th floor nice to swim, but tempurature of water is too hot. Wouldn't return.

It was an amazing experience for my first all inclusive experience, the hotel was immaculate and the food was amazing. The pool offered a beautiful ocean view and the bar kept the drinks flowing. The activities always had a fun activity or performance to go to and be apart of. The shuttle service between floors was very prompt and friendly and they were always willing to help with luggage. Definitely going to go back next time my family and I are in beautiful Huatulco.

This is our second time and we love it so much! I did notice more young people there to drink and party this year which has been my reasoning to post this year. This resort is intimate and family friendly. Its quiet and relaxing. It’s not a party vibe, which I love! You can drink and have a great time but everyone is just there to enjoy with their families and have a good time. It’s quiet but also has fun events for the whole family to get into. The staff is also so incredible. Everyone is so friendly and helpful always. We had a romantic dinner planned on the beach and they go above and beyond for this service. The manager this year was just truly incredible and we will never forget his kindness. The chef also prepared an amazing meal for us! We will be back each year and hope for the relaxing and quiet time!

Overall we loved the place. The staff are great and took care of any needs we had. The views were spectacular! The room was awesome! The only issue was with the buffet. It was mostly fine but not consistent. Fish would be overcooked or the rice or vegetables undercooked. Most of the time we could find something to eat, but we shouldn’t have to hunt. The á la cart restaurants were more reliable. The 7th floor breakfast restaurant was consistently great. The staff there were on point. Edgar, at the front desk, was always open to hear suggestions or comments.

We enjoyed great balcony view from room high up on hillside overlooking Tangolunda Bay. Trade off for that is frequent shuttle rides between the beach and our room, but the shuttles run often and it was worth it to have both - balcony view from high vantage point and beach access. Food quality at the buffet was quite good - I’d rate the 2 A la Carte restaurants as average at best. Overall we were happy with our time at Park Royal.

The driving staff was very helpful. The front desk however did not relay requests very well and we did not have good service. The front desk manager would not let us continue to use the resort facilities after the noon checkout time even though our flight pick up time was 3 hours away unless we paid another 450 pesos each for use of the pool etc my family was still checked in for another 5 days…Our own check in time was later in the evening but they could not show us any hospitality for that other. The dine in restaurants were average but not great. The service we got one night was very poor and several tables next to us also left without completing their meal. The beach bufffet was our best experience of the entire 10 day stay. Would not book there again based on their front desk service and the restaurant service.
