Loved the location, the beach and the room was very nice, modern, clean and spacious. The staff were all lovely, the food was good. Everything was perfect. We had a great room the Junior Plus it has an awesome balcony. The room was large, great fridge/frezzer, walk in shower with lots of hot water. The upper pool was out place quiet great service and the view of the bay was unbleivable.

Very beautiful hotel, we have traveled most of the world, and I’ll say that this is one of the finest establishments that we’ve stayed at. Multiple pools, multiple restaurants, multiple bars, tremendous view, great service, wonderful people clean room pretty much everything you’d want in a resort to get away from the workday. We are looking forward to going back again hopefully near the end of this year when it starts to get cold again. Thank you, Office for such a great stay.

Great spot close to the city but easy access to beach. The staff was super friendly and the rooms were clean with great views. We had the master suite on the top floor and would definitely come back. Just returned from 11 days at the resort and it could not have been much better. The staff were all fantastic! We had a great time durning the day with Francisco and Jose at the upper bar/restaurant and the evening staff with Ixtel and Eric were always there to make sure we were looked after!! Chester from the kitchen made sure we were always fed :) The housekeeping staff were amazing, our room was spotless every day and the bar fridge and water were refilled. The folded towel animals on the bed with the chocolates were a great added touch. The pool was spotless as was the entire pools area and everywhere on the property was immaculate. Some areas were more rustic than others but all were very clean and in great shape!! This is a smaller boutique type all inclusive resort. If you are looking for something a little more quiet but still having all the amenities, this is the spot for you. Most of the rooms are ocean facing, and there is enough variety in room choices to meet most everyone’s needs. This is definitely a spot we will be returning to!!
