DO NOT STAY HERE!! The downstairs was a club and the noise was insane!! Started from 9pm all the way to 3am. Recommended for a club goer, but not for a family who wants a peaceful stay.

Dont stay here!

Check in was very simple and fast. The front desk staff were friendly. Room was clean. Air conditioning worked good. Everything was going good untill the sun started going down and this place went downhill faster than the sun set. There was no hot water. It was luke warm. The pillows were as flat as a folded towel. There is a night club attached to the building. (This was Saturday night) The club was playing loud music all night until 5:30am. Plus the party buses passed by in front of the hotel every 15 minutes blasting music and flashing lights. If you want to stay up all night and party. This is the place for you. But if you need a place to sleep, try another hotel

first of all the noise was unbearable and did not stop until after 5 am. I was unable to sleep in the hotel room and needed to return to shower and collect my belongings and it was beyond disgusting. Also super disappointing the hotel is advertising a pool, yet it is only available for outside parties to rent.

El lugar tiene buen tamaño, sirve para lo que es venir a dormir, la cama es amplia y cómoda. El único detalle es que toda la noche se escucha como un sonido fuerte como de una trompeta o un timbre, no sé qué sea, pero si resulta bastante molesto y puede no dejarte dormir

Sólo no me gustó que se escucha un zumbido al abrir las llaves de las regaderas, ya sea de la misma habitación o de otra. Cómo que hay mucha presión de agua en las regaderas. La primera noche no pudimos dormir bien.

Llegué a la 1 am después de trabajar en Huatulco . NUNCA me abrieron. Tienen un candado en la puerta e indican que para salir te dan llave. Toqué muchas veces y me tuve que ir a dormir a otro hotel . Pésimo

El primer día en la noche comenzó Un sonido fuerte en el cuarto, que además se oía en todo el hotel. Aunque lo reportamos no hicieron nada al respecto. El encargado solo dijo lo reviso y les aviso antes de irme. A las 11:00 pm se fue y no avisó ni reparó nada. Intentamos dormir así, incluso con tapones de oído, pero no fue posible, así que fuimos a tomar una llave de otros cuartos hasta que finalmente encontramos uno que no se oía el ruido. Al estar ahí no prendía el aire entonces tuve que buscar el centro de carga, al final lo encontré y prendí el aire. Obviamente todo esto fue después de muchos intentos de llamar a dos teléfonos donde se supone debemos reportar inconvenientes. Uno de ellos contestaron pero era número equivocado. El cuento terminó a las 2:00 am. Al siguiente dia lo reportamos nuevamente y el muchacho solo dijo a ok lo reviso y cuando regresen si sigue los cambio de cuarto. Regresamos en la noche y no había ruido pero más tarde comenzó de nuevo. Ahora si nos cambiaron. Aunque muchas veces le dijimos es un ruido de la tubería, el muchacho minimizaba el Tema y argumentaba era el AC aunque este estaba apagado. En fin el siguiente cuarto se le apagó el aire dos veces de la nada y otro día se fue el internet. El lugar no está mal, está bien ubicado, y de no haber sido por todo esto hubiera sido una estancia agradable
