Stayed here for 15 nights with my family of four. Accommodations are great. The only thing I'll say is that the bedding isn't the most comfortable. We also had trouble working the fans, but I don't think it was the fans themselves, but more so us trying to figure out how to use them. Absolutely great location for all the surrounding beaches, and the staff was beyond wonderful and helpful. I definitely recommend staying here and I will be returning to stay as well.

The apartment with terrace was better than expected. The staff were extremely friendly. The apartment was very clean, spacious, with everything needed for a very relaxing vacation. The breakfast had a little bit of everything, fruit, eggs, hotcakes, Mexican traditional dish and a custom coffee machine! The staff helped with any transportation needs we may have.

Good location away from the busy are of Huatulco. The bedroom was very big and it had all the amenities we needed.

The property is a good option for the price. The parking isn't great since they have ongoing construction. I parked in the street every night, but it was within a 30 second walk of the hotel so it wasn't bad. The breakfast was great and the pool area is beautiful. Strongly recommend staying.

Originally put into an inferior queen size suite. We had booked a king suite. Having a way to keep beveages cold would be a necessity in a hot climate! The included breakfast was really quite good! We had an issue with the toilet seat, which was not addressed satisfactorily! The Air conditioning unit worked well although the remote control was mostly inoperable!

We loved how pretty the pool areas were, the breakfast had slight differences every day and the two pools were comfortable temperatures and well maintained. Breakfast and the large pool were across the street from the main hotel building, which was a little confusing as we don't speak Spanish and most of the staff only spoke bits of English. Overall it was a wonderful stay, and I would happily return. It was a bit strange to see ants inside the rooms, but you quickly realize it's just Mexico, not something exclusive to the hotel. Everyone was friendly and when necessary we could communicate through translation apps. The only issue we had were the party buses driving by late into the night/early morning while blasting music. (This didn't bother me, but my brother was on the 1st floor and said it kept him up.)

The Hotel staff were very friendly and greeted us very well when we checked in. They offered beach towels which can be used the whole day and returned towards the end of the day. They also offered free breakfast which included various options everyday.

The hotel is comfortable, clean, and the entire staff is very friendly. The only thing I recommend is cleaning the main pool more often. Out of the six days we were there, it was only cleaned once, before the end of our stay it was too dirty. Other than that, I highly recommend the hotel.

La habitación en general estaba bien, solo que una ventana no tenia cortinas blackout. Ademas, a lado de la ventana habia una lampara la que hizo que no tuvieramos un mejor descanso. Aunque lo reportamos desde el primer dia a la administración, pero no le dieron importancia.

El lugar es bonito, el tema es que no te resuelven inmediato, en mi caso la tele no prendía y al final tuve que resolver. en el segundo cuarto no había otra television. Los desayunos excelente, no hay mucha variedad. Las bebidas y la comida a la carta super recomendable diría muy bueno. En mi habitación había muchas hormigas tanto en la cocina y el baño. El aire acondicionado de una de las habitaciones no servia al 100 le hace falta mas potencia. detalles que son mínimos, pero si considerarlos.

La habitación es amplia, más sin embargo la chapa de la puerta del baño no servía, lo reportamos y no hicieron nada, en el área de regadera tienes que poner el jabón líquido y el shampoo en el suelo por qué no hay nada para sostenerlos. El personal del restaurante son de lo mejor y la comida buena.
