In an area of upscale hotels at first glance we were apprehensive. Once shown around the property and settled in our room by the amazing hosts we were very pleased and comfortable. For travelers on a budget it is great value I would recommend it.

The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. However the hotel is not close to a good beach; I had to take a taxi each day to Playa Santa Cruz. Also, Tangolunda is a bit of a backwater; there are hardly any restaurants or shops in the area, just gated mega resorts

This place is small and inexpensive. The staff is great and the room I got was small but I wasn’t looking for anything fancy. The AC wasn’t working well but I didn’t care to complain about it since I was at the beaches all day. There is a lot of construction going on around the area right now
