The location and price are amazing so you get what you pay for. The staff are friendly, but the hotel desperately needs updates. Beds are firm (and one in our room that should be replaced), but this is typical in Mexico. No SDB is in the room. Lots of drawer and closet space for clothes.

Me gustó que la habitación es grande. Pero los muebles muy viejos, sin mantenimiento. Tienen la peor TV, nunca pudimos ver un programa, mala imagen, pésimo sonido. Lo peor es que se me cayó del balcon el pantalon de mi traje de baño al área restringida para empleados y nunca apareció, alguien tuvo que haberlo robado.

Condition of facility not what we expected for the $ charged. Looked like someone bought a fixer upper and started on lower level. As you went up each floor, condition deteriorated. Beds were hard as a rock. No safe in room even though listing said there was a safe. Wifi didn't work in rooms. Had to go to common area on main floor. No ice. For what it offered it should be priced at $60 - $70 / night instead of $90

La atención es muy buena, esta muy cerca del embarcadero pero no es un buen lugar para disfrutar de la playa. Es seguro y se puede acceder al centro de Huatulco accediendo por la quinta avenida. Lo que no me gusto fue que en expedí decía que eran camas queen size y el hotel no maneja esas camas, solo matrimoniales y que los armarios huelen a humedad.
