The hotel itself is beautiful. It is more of a relaxing setting. They do no allow smoking anywhere and no speakers near the pool or beach area. Not for party crowd if that is what you are looking for. The food is excellent.

We had an absolutely wonderful time! Our room had a private pool facing the beach and it was absolutely gorgeous! It was a small resort but that’s exactly what we were looking for. The food was great too! We definitely will be back!

The whole time was so relaxing, just a few details to consider, in your room there’s no coffee machine, and at some points of the pool the smell went bad, anyways those are small things against all the beautifull experience, the view, the relaxing spaces and so. Very nice experience. 👌

The room was old and the air conditioning didnt work, when they finally changed us rooms it was still extremely loud and worked partially. Bathroom in terrible condition, the staff was rood specially the front desk, never helped with the air problem, it seemed I had to beg them to change me rooms. The balcony had a nice view but still with mantainance problem like all the hotel

Clean rooms and all areas of the hotel. The staff is friendly. A special shoutout to Rocio, Avelino, Raymundo y Manuel. We had a lovely balcony with view to the ocean that was lovely but with a lot of stairs and no elevator, unfortunately. It was too much for mom after two days of stairs everywhere. There are stairs everywhere: to go to the restaurant, to the bar, to the pool, etc. It is clear to me that the style of the hotel is characteristic of the brand, and it highlights the view to the ocean. But you can only get that kind of (beautiful) effect by having multiple levels at the property. I took my mom to celebrate her 70th birthday and we had a great time; but her knee started bothering her after two days. The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet, great to relax. The food is good. The beach is clean but not one you can really swim in because of the high tide.

Rooms were nice and hotel was nice as well. The location is a bit away from city center, so you have to get a taxi to go to town and explore. Staff were nice and friendly. Coffee shop was excellent. We had a great time overall.

The grounds are beautiful. Staff were great. We did the all inclusive package and were impressed with the food. Views from the restaurants are perfect. Ocean is a bit rough here, but there are places you can swim. You can climb over the rocks and snorkel just down the beach. Fixtures in the rooms are dated, but bed is super comfy and views are excellent. We would definitely stay at this lovely, quiet hotel again.

I’ve been back here many times I love this place. I love the size. I love the people if you want a quiet vacation with beautiful surroundings. This is a place to come to. I actually don’t want to tell many people this because I don’t want it to become overcrowded.

The view was beautiful, there was plenty of seating by the pool and palapas by the beach. The room was cleaned daily. The only problem seemed to be a shortage of towels. The staff were wonderfully pleasant and helpful. (However, the guys selling boat tours on the beach seemed shady and overpriced!) The food was great at both restaurants. We loved this resort!

The beach was beautiful with lots of chairs. The pool was nice but very shallow. Staff were excellent. This resort has a very very old crowd with no activities at all. No music allowed on the beach or around the pool. The drinks and food are average with very high prices.

The only complaint I have about the room was that there was a lot of small bugs everywhere. They looked like miniature ants but they were not ants. Other than that, the view from the balcony in room 30 was amazing! The entire room was extra roomy. The pool was large and clean. The staff were friendly, especially at the bar! Lobby staff and bell boys were very attentive. We only ate once at the restaurant inside the hotel and it was good. Location was perfect despite being about a 10-minute drive from the Centro.

Room and beach were fabulous. Huatulco is very clean and quiet. We loved the breakfast buffet and lunch in the beachfront restaurant. Dinner was disappointing on most nights. After the third day of my kids not liking the options they ordered burgers off the menu and it took 45 mins to get them. One day they made me an enchilada right off the grill- the flour tortilla was rock hard. The head chef came out to check on us and said he would remake it himself- then he never returned. Little things that could be improved but we still had a great time and loved the resort and the beach. Would stay again.

Nice property but everything needs fixing. The pool was dirty and the water was very cloudy half the days we were there, problem was eventually fixed. Beach chairs are in rough shape. Constantly had to request towels from house keeping so we could shower. Room service never delivered what we ordered correctly, often without cutlery. Restaurant service was slow, the à la carte food was very good. The best staff service was on the beach! The beach is beautiful, just a small area however to walk the beach. This is a beautiful property just needs some attention.
