We really liked our stay at Avanti Hotel. We were checked in by a lovely young lady I believe named Sharya who was very accommodating. The room was clean, quiet and safe. The bed was very comfortable. We will be back!

The best part about this property, everything is newly renovated. Our room had a side room with a bunk bed for our daughter that she loved. My only issue was I wished my room would of been spotless. Some of the sheets had stains and I wasn't sure it was swept. Great location staff was friendly.

The owners are friendly and helpful, the rooms have been updated which made it a pleasant experience. Clean room. The location itself is not the best, and there's some work on the premises itself makes the impression less than desirable. Good for a quick stay for our niece's graduation nearby.

The staff was great! Checkin was fast and easy. There was plenty of parking. The room we had was a double queen designer room and it was a very small room. Not a lot of walking space between beds/furniture/walls. There was no phone or microwave in the room and several of the light fixtures had loose wires so the lights would not always work. The internet connection was really slow and was hard to watch TV without interruption. The room was not very clean. There were many stains and cigarette burn marks on the comforters and the chairs and counters were dirty.
