El hotel estĆ” muy bonito y muy limpio, la habitaciĆ³n sĆŗper amplia e impecable. Muy buen trato de recepciĆ³n y nos limpiaron todos los dĆ­as y acomodaron muy bien. Caminable a restaurantes y a unos minutos de la playa (que yo buscaba algo cerca de ambos lugares). El bar con muy buenas opciones de cocteles y la alberca estĆ” limpia. lo Ćŗnico que podrĆ­a mejorar es el desayuno ya que esta muy sencillo.

We enjoyed our stay at Mantra. We were there for 4 nights. The staff is very nice and helpful. The room was very nice with cold AC. The pool was pleasant. The bartender Luca made us some delicious Sandia Margaritas. A shoutout to some of the staff members that helped us get around. And recommended where to go shopping and restaurants. Victoria, Victor, Lourdes, Alejandra, Sofia and Zule. Thank you all!!! We canā€™t wait to go back!!!!

Las instalaciones muy cĆ³modas, para nosotros sin problema. Solo si se llevan personas de tercera edad tal vez muchas escaleras para accesar a la piscina y algunas habitaciones. Los alrededores no testĆ”n con calles urbanizadas hasta unas tres cuadras, sin embargo es un lugar para descansar y las habitaciones en piso con buena vista al mar. La playa estĆ” solo a unos cuantos pasos aunque el mar es mĆ”s para surfear. Lugar tranquilo. La mĆŗsica y fiesta en los arededores se acaba a las 11pm, lo cual esta bien para quienes buscan descansar termprano. En general, el personal muy atento, amable y buscando resolver.

Pues todo iba hasta que llegĆ³ el huracĆ”n Erick que cuando hablĆ© por telĆ©fono antes de reservar la srita de recepciĆ³n Alejandra no me adivirtio de la tormenta si no hubiera cancelado se fue la luz un dĆ­a completo luego regresĆ³ y se volviĆ³ a ir la luz no fue una buena experiencia no habĆ­a seƱal de celular durante 2 dĆ­as completos

Not the comfort we were expecting

Staff was friendly and room was nicely furnished and decorated but we had no hot water at anytime of day. So no relaxing showers, didnā€™t want to shave, etc. And there was loud construction, hammering, drilling directly above us during the day. So an afternoon siesta was not possible.
