Casa Nogales was beautiful and clean. Rooms were cute and tidy, and the AC worked well. The pool is also very nice. The only cons were the location was a little remote and about a 25 minute walk to the beach, and breakfast was minimal with only bread and melon.

The property is so beautiful. Our room likewise was very esthetically pleasing and very clean. The staff was attentive and nice. I hope the pave the street to this place soon. I only stayed for the one night but I would have definitely stayed longer.

This is such a cute hotel, I'm so glad we stayed there. The pool is awesome, and our room was very comfortable and had a nice design. The staff were great with recommendations - we rented a motorcycle that was delivered right to us that was great. Would 100% stay again and recommend.

Free parking right outside the property. Hot water for the shower is hit and miss. We stayed in room 4, which could use additional blinds behind the entry door, as light from the kitchen area and sun in the morning can disrupt sleep. We found the mattress to be too soft but that's personal preference. This house is away from the main La Punta restaurant and beach area, so be aware you need to walk 15 to 20 minutes to reach the beach (or 5 minute taxi ride). Pool was nice, we used the shared kitchen for breakfast, and they let us use the beach ombrella for 3 days which we appreciated.

I stood here for 5 days and the staff was terrible. I got a weak a** greeting upon arrival, she just opened the door and rushed me up to my room. My first night there I noticed my balcony door would not close and so I expressed my concern on the matter. Instead of understanding and solving the issue/accommodating me, the lady (staff) decided to be sarcastic and snarky with me saying oh you’ll be fine with that for the night. Then my door key stopped working when I got back to the hotel one night. Had to wait for someone to come fix tht. Overall the place was clean though. They just need better staffing, people with better customer service! And who are welcome friendly !!

I think in a few years after there is more development in the area this place will do better. For now, no safe in the room, we did not have a coffee maker in our room either, light above the sink didn't work, room was super small. Nothing close by, you have to walk a very long ways to get to anything, no cabs even close by. Staff only work 8am-4pm, so you are basically on your own. We had booked for a week and left after first night. Since we booked and paid in advance we only were refunded for one night. Pretty frustrating experience for us. We heard the other guests in the morning also complaining about our same concerns.

El lugar demasiado limpio y lindo, te sientes como en casa porque es pequeño y acogedor. Solo que si necesitas llevar lo que vayas a comer o tomar porque hay pocas opciones. También algo muy lamentable es que se escucha TODO el ruido de las demás habitaciones o de quienes estén en la alberca, no tiene insonorización por lo que descansar resulta un poco complicado por el día
