I enjoyed my time at Casa Kai. The pool is nice, everything is kept clean. The best part is Leída who works there, she is so so nice. She was very accommodating always checking in to see if I needed anything. I had a fall and had to get a taxi and she and her husband helped me a lot. Thank you very much!

The hotel was beautiful, clean and quiet at night, the pool delicious and refreshing, Laura offered us fresh coffee, every morning, and give us very good advice, we will recommend this place one hundred percent, if you want to relax and enjoy the weather and the ambiance

Las instalaciones y los servicios, la ubicación está muy bien: cerca de la playa y a la vez lejos del ruido de la zona de bares y restaurantes. El personal nos presionó para hacer la limpieza de la habitación antes de las 11 cuando nosotros salíamos de 7 a 10:30, es decir, tenía tiempo suficiente sin necesidad de apurarnos. Pero en general, su trato fue atento.

La propiedad en sí es bonita, pero está en una calle muy oscura y aún así tambiém apagan las luces generales de la propiedad. No nos dieron ni un servicio de agua natural y las toallas de baño apenas y las proporcionan contadas, no las cambian en 3 días
