We really enjoyed our stay here! It’s such a beautiful area and it’s so easy to get around on foot or by using public transportation. The ocean is so blue and warm to swim in. We had the best time here! Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and helpful.

Everything was great! Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is in a nice location with a beach across the street and the bus stop next to the property. The only negative would be that they charge for additional for breakfast that is about average quality. Average hotels that cost significantly less tend to include breakfast at no additional cost.

The staff is outstanding. We were treated superbly by the front desk staff especially, and other staff that we interacted with. Location is great on a private beach with superb views. Great walk to Portofino, but staying here provided much more accessibility to local restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend this for your trip to the Italian Riviera.

Great location. Good value for the time that we went. Staff is helpful, efficient and friendly. Rooms are small but clean. We had the sea view/ terrace room which is well worth the extra cost. Be prepared for road noise as the hotel is right beside it.

The front staff service was outstanding!! And they are the reason that made my day at the Regina Elena hotel so amazing. They were so kind and helpful and smiled and laughed so easily. The location absolutely fabulous, and the room was clean and quiet and the beds were very comfortable. I will definitely recommend this hotel, and will certainly stay here again upon a return trip to Santa Margherita Ligure.

Overall wonderful location

Room was clean and well maintained. Cleaning staff were exceptional & room was nice (walls thin so was noisy when neighbours were about). Location was about 800m from a selection of restaurants. Breakfast had a good selection. Pool was small & the blue paint was coming off the pool. Plenty of pool beds & towels which was a delight. Shower for pool was inadequate & water was flowing into the toilet floor. Lots of beds for beach with a charge of €50 for 2 beds.

The hotel was average. On a bright note, it was in a great area where you are super close to Portofino and other fun locations. (BUT you have to walk about 25 minutes to get to the train station) Our view was nice as well. But, a few hard things to deal with were the noise from the hotel itself, the doors are not sound proof at all and you can hear everything. Also, we had no WiFi ever!! It kept connecting and disconnecting… we talked to the staff and they were not helpful at all, gaslighting us. (Also the view from the pictures on Expedia are not real )
