Had a wonderful stay! The staff were excellent, with special mention for Libby, Daniela, Fran and Juan-Jose. The hotel is spotlessly clean, comfortable and ideally situated close to local restaurants, bars and the beach. That said we enjoyed the hotel’s bars and dining facilities too. The quality of the fresh food was good and seemed to cover all dietary choices. The Saloon Bar did feel like a crèche in the evening with children racing around despite the child related activities (ages 3 - 6) ending at 2100. Fortunately the SkyBar tended to be more adult orientated. Very enjoyable stay, thank you!

Great Family Stay

Staff were very welcoming and professional. I liked the choice of food for breakfast and the overall atmosphere. The bathrooms were spotless and the size of the room very decent. I would add some usb sockets and a trash bin in the sleeping area of the room.

Nice stay, they also earn money from guests with the drink options in the dinner, even if you book half-board with dinner included it does not include drinks, they charge high prices for a small coke or for a water, you might end up spend a lot only on the drinks. There is an Aldi close to it where you can buy drinks for less than 1 euro each can or bottle while they charge 2.90 or 4+ euro for each, be aware.

Wonderful stay

The hotel was amazing, everyone so friendly and helpful. Our only criticism was the lack of salmon at meal times and the uncomfortable bed head.

Air con not perfect. Attention to detail wasn't great. The lady who was there only a few days was really good and got things sorted for us as much as could, i think her name was Belen. Anyway place was clean, lovely spa and pool area's. Close to the restaurants and town.

Outside swimming pools water was cold, child couldnt enjoy. Spa area under 16 age cant go - wasnt info about that in Expedia page, then we booked that trip (if was knew didnt go there, bc for child 12 years was only small swimmingpool, there was babys and adults too) for kids in winter time have boring there, bc outside cant swim, bc water is cold, kids havent anything to do there in winter time:( Other stuff all was perfect. - clean rooms, nice area, good service.

Not as good as we thought!

Apartment with bathroom with curtains is the most unhygienic thing I know. Make sure you check in at reception so you don't get an apartment like this :(. No spa items in the bathrooms. Even soap is in bars :( The safe in the apartments, if you want to use it, you have to pay! Breakfast is not the best, no fresh fruit juice. All machine-made and with a worse flavor than those sold in boxes on the market, very artificial. Many dirty dishes and coffee cups after washing. Shows poor quality of industrial dishwasher. Swimming pool ok - it's nice that the hotel has a lot of green area, trees and a shady place, but sun chairs are already very old and uncomfortable. I didn't try the Spa but the indoor pool is horrible and old. In short, I think the hotel just wants tourists' money but doesn't invest in good maintenance. Grupotel never again 😒!

Good was good . Staff were lovely. Hotel was clean. Several bits of Gym equipment and most of the spa were faulty. The sauna worked , but the door to it didn’t. The ice cave was not cold . The steam room was just warm ….

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit wirklich super netten und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitern. Allerdings ist es dort so hellhörig, dass man morgens um sieben Uhr schon senkrecht im Bett steht, weil es so unfassbar laut ist. Wäre das nicht gewesen, wäre es perfekt.

Lovely hotel with superb rooftop bar

This is a lovely hotel, ideally situated near the shops and restaurants of Can Picafort. Breakfast options are varied and good quality. The pools are great, with plenty of sunbeds available and sloping steps which are ideal for those who struggle with ladders. The hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. I would recommend trying the rooftop bar, we saw some beautiful sunsets there and the views of the surrounding area are magnificent.
