We loved staying in an Italian villa. Pietro & Domenico we're very gracious hosts. They made us feel right at home from the beginning of our stay. We are already planning a return stay with them. The only thing I would suggest is a little more variety on the breakfast buffet.

Accommodation with excellent value for money

We were very well received at this accommodation and had a very pleasant stay. Spacious room and bathroom with the usual amenities. Breakfast was adequate for the price paid for the stay (just to point out that the bread did not need to be packaged as there is a bakery just a few meters from the accommodation). Very good location, close to the sea and the town centre. We had dinner at the Antica Pizzeria la Punta. A beautiful place right by the sea where the pizzas are very good.

The owners are very hospitable. And provide a delicious breakfast every day. The room is small, good bed. French doors to a spacious balcony, where you can sit wonderfully. The shower is outdated, shower curtain sticks to your body while showering. Complex is located in a beautiful garden. Sometimes to much trafic noise.

Family run and very friendly and helpful with check in and storing luggage after check out. The room was very clean and breakfast was also delicious! Only complaint is that the shower didn't drain properly and the hot water was a bit intermittent, but this is a minor issue. Lovely property and would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend

Second time I stayed here and both were excellent. The location is great, with easy parking. The property is behind a locked gate so very secure. Our stay was brief but wonderful. We were welcomed warmly, and felt comfortable with our room. The property is very special and excellent value. We appreciated use of the kitchen and lounge area where we could read in the evening. Close to the water and to a choice of restaurants. Easy parking outside, easy walk to the station and only 20 mins by train to Pakermo. We would definitely stay in this delightful place again! Thank you!

It was the most amazing family run bnb I have ever been to. They were really kind and attentive! It is such a great location with beautiful views and a lovely breakfast also!!! Good location, not too busy, clean, very friendly owners and staff. Sea is 3 minute walk away. A local archaeological museum is only 30 minute walk away on top of the mountain(great views). It was more peaceful/relaxed option than staying in Palermo. If you travel by public transport, it might be inconvenient at times. There is not bus to Palermo and trains can only stop locally every 60-90 minutes.

Recomiendo ampliamente este hospedaje en Santa Flavia. El personal muy amable, nos atendieron siempre en todo. El estacionamiento incluido es en la calle enfrente del hotel pero se ve seguro, el desayuno incluido muy bueno y la torre panorámica tiene buena vista, hay varios espacios para tomar el sol y descansar. Las paredes un poco delgadas pero el cuarto y el baño bien, limpio y la presión del agua buena. Hay una cocina compartida que no usamos pero se ve amplia y limpia.

Es war genau so wie alles beschrieben wurde. Was man aber sagen muss dass es sehr hellhörig ist. Die Mitarbeiter dort waren immer sehr nett und haben immer geholfen sobald irgendwelche Fragen waren. Ich kann es nur empfehlen. Mit dem Zug nach Palermo waren es nur 20 Minuten. Und in der Nähe ist ein kleiner Laden wo man so die kleinen Dinge im Leben bekommt.
