The staff are nice, the room was okay but the aircon was so loud it felt like we were on a jetplane and waking up with jet lag. Even if we switched off our aircon, we can still hear the other rooms aircon. Water to brush teeth is really stinky.

The resort was nice! But the problem is the room is not that clean at all..The staff are very friendly. The ocean side is a lot of dirt they need to clean up that side because is not a good view for the people’s who check in their resort.

The room is fine, the staffs are good. Just the resort I mean the ocean in this resort is not good. 4 days staying I never see the ocean high tides. I didn’t enjoy swimming there. The restaurant is so expensive. You can’t get a visitors. In my part they only allow my visitor because I’m the only guest there. But I’ve been instructed that all my visitors can swim in low tides for only 3 hours hahahahaha the oceans are public right but they didn’t allow anyone to swim. If not their guest….. there’s sense at all.

Found a huge cockroach in the room, very poor water pressure, bed very uncomfortable, only 1 pillow provided per person. Poor wifi connection, no house phone in the room Not worth the price paid. Staff are very friendly and accomodating though.

I booked 4 rooms. It was great that the hotel is right in the beach area. The restaurant had good food with plenty to chose. The room not impresive.The aircondition did not provide much coldness even if it was set in maximum. The other 3 rooms did not have a problem though. Only bath towels provided. We have to ask for face towels and hand towels. They only gave us face towels. No bar soap. The staffs were great.

From the outside,looks like a great resort but that was it. Room as big as it was is nice . No seats inside room so every time you want to sit down you have to sit on the bed . Luggage no place to pack or un pack other than the bed. Their is a nice table with a kettle and to lovey cups but nothing to put in the cup(coffee or tea) also no wher to plug in or sit down. Lots of staff but no atmosphere that you get in other resorts. Breakfast included, go else where greasy and cold. Last day stomach was upset from breakfast was in room and threw up a bit again was sitting on bed running to toilet a small stain was on sheets. When checking out charged me 900php and said that if they cleaned them they would have use bleach? My answer was don,t you bleach white sheets anways what about other bodily fluids?? They asked us if we wanted to take sheets with us. Odd question while traveling. Staff were nice but a little thing call customer service goes a long way. Everything you have to ask and their are lots of staff. Second time on the island would i stay here again no.

Very clean property on the beach. They have all that you need for a relaxing stay. Not too far from restaurants but will need to rent a scooter or take other transportation. Staff didn’t seem very happy. Some were but make waitstaff looked upset to take care of you. Bartenders were great however and made excellent drinks. They do charge much more than average for everything so be ready. Even charged me extra for requesting an extra pillow. I did like that they bill your room for everything so you can pay one bill at the end BUT double check everything!! They seem to think .07 means round UP. So the bill will be inflated. Beach there is for relaxing but not swimming. Take a trip to Virgin Island for that. But don’t expect to swim at this beach. Overall nice place for the money . Just wish people smiled more and acted happy to have you there.

It’s been two years since my last stay at Jelly’s Haven, and it was even better this time around. Check-in was easy, the room came with several amenities (soap, bottled water, dental kit) and it was very clean overall. WiFi is available in public areas via Starlink. The staff, who are very friendly and helpful, automatically brought new towels and amenities on the second day, which was nice. They have free breakfast (Filipino, American, and Continental style) as well as other food options for lunch and dinner, and the on-site bar has a wide selection of beverages. Near the beach is a small boutique for clothing and beach toys. Lastly, they offer a free shuttle to-and-from the port. I’ve stayed at several places on Bantayan Island, and Jelly’s Haven is probably my favorite.

Besides the whole Jelly's Haven is beautiful, it makes it perfect because of the resort staff. The employees customer service was excellent. Special mention to Armando such a great bartender and also to Tina and Sci.
