We really enjoyed our 6 night stay for our family of 4. The location is excellent and you can walk to many restaurants and shops. The staff were extremely helpful, and the common areas and pool were especially beautiful. The only slight negative was that the bathrooms were a little dated, but everything was very functional and comfortable and we spent most of our free time on site at the pool and in the lounge areas anyways. Overall, a 10/10 stay and we would go back.

Location is convenient for attractions and shopping, Had an issue with the shower draining and a staff member came and fixed the issue almost immediately. There was also an issue with the air conditioner which was also handled quickly and effectively by maintenance. Also liked the outdoor seating and the pool area is great. The beds were very comfortable and I felt very at home in our room. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Santa Fe.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent and the room was pretty good. The downsides were that our room was next to the elevator and noisy. Also. we heard noise form adjoining rooms including a man peeing in the toilet. The food and service were good in the restaurant, although the diner menu was very limited.
