Every thing about this place was awesome! First the beds were super comfy. I have stayed at hotels with soft beds that you sink into but too soft to sleep in. This hotel have perfect beds. The bathroom was very clean and the staff changed towels daily. The pool was nice and relaxing and the hot tubs were great! It’s a close drive to downtown and other sightseeing places. Staff were friendly and huge parking lot.

Loved the pool & jacuzzi. I would have loved to see a swimsuit spinner/dryer in the locker room. I came across a couple things during my five day stay that indicated they needed a improvement in maintenance staff; (knob came off bathroom door, another knob came off in another area). Staff was friendly, housekeeping did a great job, restaurants were wonderful, casino was nice--layed out nicely. (No cocktail waitresses though).

I was expecting more. The hotel is old and the carpets do not look like they have been cleaned in awhile. Our room was ok but not what I am used to for the amount of money i paid. The architecture was incredible. The shear size of the complex was awesome. The room was very comfortable and the whole facility was very very clean. The only complaint I had was our room was 260 steps from the from the main entrance. When you are 80 years old and pushing a luggage trolley for that distance, I found it very difficult. The desk clerk should be trained to recognize older clientele and arrange for them to be a little closer to the main entrance. Other than that issue, our stay was outstanding.

The resort is beautiful physically. The pool was out of order and the restaurants and shops were not open in the evenings. Dinner waitbrimes exceeded an hour. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly, when they were available. It seemed that they were short staffed. The Casino staff was very accommodating and friendly.

Nice and clean place. The grounds remind me a lot of the Gaylord hotels—very expansive, southwestern charm. Only one of three elevators worked while we were there. Turquoise Bar and Grill served ice cold beer. Food was good. You have to go through the casino to get to it. The Sage restaurant is fine dining, so expect to pay a lot for a steak dinner.
