Overall a great stay. The hotel is getting ready to and/or is starting a renovation, so there were a few things that needed minor attention, but the staff was upfront and clear about things they were aware of, and attentive of any issues brought up. We saw new air conditioning units getting delivered, but our room's air was perfect. Anything being worked on was not noticed by us.

The room was really clean. The vet was comfortable. The front desk had two separate people while I was there and they were both just insanely helpful. The only problem and the only reason it got a three on facilities is that the elevator wasn't working. Everything else was fantastic!

The room was just what I needed--a place to sleep that is not far from the airport. Check-in was smooth. I was given a room on the second floor, which suited my preferences, and I slept well. The bed was comfortable. The room felt clean except for the carpet, which communicated that some "accidents" by previous guests have not been entirely eliminated. (Right in front of the nightstand, where my bare foot landed--stiff and crunchy carpet fibers.) The room is showing its age a bit, but that's to be expected. The backing of the mirror is peeling away and it gave an impression of the age of the building. I would have appreciated it if a thermos of hot coffee (from the day before would have been fine) had been available in the breakfast area for early departures. There was no coffee available in the airport yet when I was there and I would have liked that little comfort before leaving the hotel before the breakfast service began. Location and Marriott status led me to choose this hotel. If I were booking again, I might choose a more recently-built hotel. Though things were fine, they were not up to Marriott status, in my opinion. Slightly misleading. But I did get the security and the comfort of a good night's sleep.

This hotel is undergoing renovations, so this review is how conditions were on my one night stay. On check in, hotel staff told me I was currently booked on second floor rooms but that elevator was not working due to renovations. He offered to move us to first floor if we wanted. I was traveling with my daughter and her two young children, plus my son and his dog. He was very helpful and pleasant and made the switch which made it much easier for us and our multiple to cars to carry luggage. My room was definitely in need of upgrade, as were the premises in general it seemed, but was comfortable and had basic amenities. Breakfast was huge disappointment with very few options, and not even any fruit. Biggest plus of this hotel was low, $20 pet fee and no fee to park. Might be willing to give this place another shot after renovations, just to see, but that would also be dependent on keeping pet fee reasonable and free parking.

Hotel was OK. Bed was comfortable, bath was nice, free parking was a bonus, room was worn and maintenance and cleaning was lacking throughout. I asked the desk clerk about the hot tub working before I checked in and was told yes it was working and very hot. It was hot but the jets didn’t work 😏 and the pool was freezing cold. Water felt “dirty”. Another area where cleaning and maintenance were needed. Breakfast had a good selection and a welcoming hostess.
